Superb location on the top of the mountain. The owner responded very fast to our questions and messages and was nice and accomodating.

Location is great and apartment is fine for two people. The people who work on the site are very lovely and helpful.

We were made to wait an extra hour and a half after our agreed check in time because apparently the people before us had left the room a mess- we were also told as we arrived on site the owners would like a 100 euro deposit as security- we thought fair enough no worries. there are no facilities on the mountain to get cash out and the ATM's in Samoens town weren't realistically reachable via foot or out of order. We were only skiing for 4 days and wasted 2 days searching for a working atm to do the right thing and get them the security deposit. We ended up doing it electronically - paying the 100 Euros as requested plus international fees. On check out- the room was looked over and given the all okay that everything in the room was in good condition and clean. We had made sure to keep it tidy and well looked after during our stay. We only received 75 Euros back from our security deposit of the 100 Euros given and when questioned our emails are no longer being responded too. Communication had been fantastic up until we were to get our money back- then silence. Great place to stay- but DO NOT make our mistake and hand over extra security deposit.

We were staying as a family of four. The location of the apartment is exceptional, with 'ski to door' access and wonderful views. Whilst the apartment is quite small (as expected), it is really well equipped with loads of cupboards for storing stuff, and we were comfortable as a family of four for the week. The kitchen is well equipped with all of the facilities and equipment that you could possibly need during your stay. The bunk bed for the children was great and the sofa bed that we used was really comfortable (and a good size), and very easy to get out and put away every day. The bathroom facilities are good and there is even a washing machine which was a useful bonus. The owner was very helpful both before we arrived, and during our stay, responding to questions very promptly.

Nothing to dislike, it met or exceeded all of our expectations
