This is an outstanding apartment! Everything needed is there and is top quality. The beds are super comfortable, it was spotlessly clean, the balcony runs right round the apartment and it’s overlooking the beach which, for me, was the icing on the cake. Plus, the owner gave really comprehensive information on how to obtain the key, how to sort out the heating/lights/rubbish, who to contact in case of any query….in fact, everything we could possibly need was covered. It was probably the best place we have ever stayed in, thoroughly recommended.

Exactly as advertised: a gorgeous 2 Bed Apartment with stunning sea views. Modern, clean, every convenience. Self check-in and check-out with clear instructions on how to find it and how to get in. Tastefully decorated and very well equipped. Dog allowed. I cannot fault this property. We absolutely loved our stay.

The view and decor

The parking is great, the situation is ideal, the apartment is roomy and bright and has a lift. It is very clean with lots of mod cons such as electric blinds and a Qooker tap. The beds are comfy and the kitchen is well equipped. The bathrooms are very luxurious with good showers. It is a stunning apartment in a lovely seaside town with Broadstairs 2 miles away. No noise at night and we all slept well. There is a lot to do in Ramsgate, the tunnels, the RNLI station, bars, restaurants and even the Wetherspoons there is beautiful on the terrace. It will be even better once the shops and restaurants are filled under the apartments and also once the whole strip is finished in 6 months time.

The apartment didn’t seem finished. Needs some pictures and mirrors up. Both bedrooms need a small dressing table, mirror and stool. And a lamp both sides of the bed is needed as there is only a switch by the door for the main light. The balcony needs hooks to hold back the balcony doors as it is windy. Two of the balcony chairs are very heavy and uncomfortable. Further instructions are needed for the apartments cooling or heating system and a simple instruction for The Qooker tap is required. (double push and turn for boiling water.) These are all just minor details but will make the apartment a 9 or a 10 out of ten especially as we paid £325 a night. It will be even

Fabulous spacious modern apartment with amazing views, a stones throw from the beach, harbour and a good selection of restaurants/pubs/bars. The apartment is finished to a very high standard and is well equipped with everything you could want with the bonus of extremely comfortable beds. Great that it's dog friendly too! We had a brilliant stay.

A welcome book or such like would be beneficial. We did spend a while hunting for a kettle before realising there was a boil tap installed, which was turned off. It wasn't an issue but info like that and what to do with towels/bedding before leaving would be useful.

Contemporary new flat with good views of sea and outside terrace . Off-street parking.

Fantastic location and spectacular views from the balcony - couldn’t be closer to the sea. Very light and spacious all through, and warm even on the coldest days (in January/February). The kitchen was very well-equipped: everything you could need, and modern appliances. Loads of storage. Two bathrooms with lots of space. Shelley and Julie were prompt to respond to messages, very helpful and concerned to make our stay easy and comfortable. Friendly and welcoming hosts.
