Staff was so pleasant at check-in, check-out, and at breakfast. The room was clean, well-lit, and spacious. The location was perfect for our visit with family, and we were delighted that we could charge our Tesla on property.

The beds were really firm so I had trouble sleeping - I know that's a personal preference, though.

Other than the noise coming from the room above, I liked everything else about the facility, the breakfast and front desk staff.

We stayed in room 217. Initially the room met my expectation until nightfall. The insulation between floors does not dampen the noise of the room above us. You could hear the guests footsteps as they walked across the room. No running or jumping. I explained this to the front office during check out and they said it's management as aware of and is seeking to remedy. I suggest once they do, they should notify the guests that have experienced this. Otherwise, I for one will not return.

Parking in the evening becomes hsrd to find because of trucks pulling trailers taking all the spaces.

The room and bed were comfortable. The staff was welcoming and helpful. The area is excellent! Love all of the shops and restaurants nearby.

The location was perfect! Local restaurants are nearby and La Casita was crazy delicious!

The coffee wasn't strong enough for me or my mom so we had to go elsewhere for coffee.
