It was fairly clean and was absolutely stunning! It was such a cool short term rental.

The light did not function in one of the bedrooms which was a bummer. The place would also benefit from some coffee mugs! The only other thing, which I believe is true for most short term rentals, is how expensive the fees are. They literally double the cost of the stay which is disappointing

Overall very inviting personal space! Equipped with most all you'd need for saving money by cooking meals. Hot tub wasn't used as much as I hoped/expected but it was wonderful!

Any concerns or comments I prefer to repot to the owner/property manager! That being said, I was impressed, there was nothing I didn't like about the property. Busy street and all.

The house is very small but decorated nicely with a stylish mid-century modern vibe. Big comfy couches, and VERY comfortable beds. Beautiful, huge (65 inch?) TV in the living room and also a TV outside for the hot tub. The property owner was easy to contact and helpful.

The owner kindly warned that a previous guest had broken a blade off the fan and he couldn't get a replacement in time for our stay. That would have been fine but the problems just started there. The whole place was pretty run down. Everything looks fine (except the shredded upholstery on the couch seats) but on closer inspection, everything is cheaply built, poorly maintained, and not very clean. I went to use the oven, the handle and entire face of the oven fell onto my feet. It appears this had been a problem for a while, because when my partner tried to fix it, there were bolts and brackets missing as though it had been hastily put back together. Next was the garbage disposal. I smelled rotting food in the sink, figured someone forgot to run the disposal. I ran hot water and flipped the switch, it made a huge crack/bang sound and shot water and rotten food out of the drain with great force, spraying muck all over me and the entire kitchen. But the disposal drained so I cleaned up the muck everywhere, did the dishes and went to bed. Next morning we get up to a soaked floor in the kitchen. I looked underneath the sink and it was clear that the pipe work was poorly done with a very low pea trap where food gets stuck, and so when you turn on the disposal the pressure broke the pipe off at the joint. Then someone just shoved the broken pipe further into the joint to temporarily fix it. Which, incidentally, is also what we did to "fix" it. I informed the owner of all these problems but he did not respond, where he had been so kind and responsive before. Lastly, the bathroom was pretty dirty in the places that people ignore when they are cleaning up in a hurry. All around the house were places that they just forgot to clean. The comforter on the bed had a few dark stains on it, didn't look like it had been cleaned.
