El personal fue súper atento, llegué antes del horario del check in y me dieron una habitación disponible.
El ruido de la calle se escucha muchísimo y si pasan camiones o autos muy pesados, se siente el movimiento.

excellent location, lots of restaurants and bars nearby and the area felt very safe. The hotel was quirky and had character
They ‘currently’ have a night porter problem. He was sleeping outside our room, set an alarm (mariachi music) - managed to sleep right through it but woke us up. We managed to stop that but then two nights later when I went to investigate noise outside I couldn’t get back into the hotel - who knows where the night porter had gone to sleep that night!
And there can be a bit of noise from the local bars - particularly at the weekend.

El concepto del lugar es muy original, me encanta! Es limpio, tienen caja fuerte y me permitieron hacer check in 1hora antes del tiempo estipulado. Las personas que atienden en recepción muy amables y apoyan a que encuentres lugares para comer y pasar un buen tiempo

Location was good. A little noisy on weekend nights due to the vicinity of clubs but otherwise solid.
The room was dirty. I opened a drawer and there was an old receipt. My girlfriend found a condom wrapper under the bed. Absolutely not ok. I’m not sure who’s cleaning the place, but that’s nasty.

The double paned windows really make this hotel work because of the location.
I couldn't reach to close the bathroom window... just needs something to help us short people reach it

Cool design and unusual interior. It was quiet - the perfect place for a date night or staycation. The restaurant is incredible for Sunday brunch.

The toilet a shower is in the same room. There’s no restroom, it has crystal stalls which is terrible.

Location is great. Staff is always helpful and kind. The decoration is absolutely fantastic. Even though there is no parking on site they can provide parking in a nearby lot.
This is certainly not the hotel's fault, but please be aware this property is close to Chapultepec Ave., which is filled with bars and clubs that play loud music all night long during the weekends. If you want to sleep quietly try to pick a room towards the back of the building.

They cant help it. But there is long term major construction. And this morning there was no water to shower etc.
