The house was very family friendly and spacious. It was well placed for beaches, pubs and attractions. We had a lovely time with family here. Our son in law enjoyed playing the piano.

Nothing, it was all good.

The piano was in much better condition than anticipated - for a group of musicians, this was a plus. Spacious kitchen with an extra-large stove! Huge amount of garden space.

- Great location close to Clovelly and within 3 hours of the furthest place in Cornwall. - Kitchen and lounges are fully equipped to entertain and also have a good chat with friends. - Dog friendly and has a good-sized garden to have a play. - Parking large enough for 2 cars.

- Bathrooms were horrible, especially the ground floor one which was a wardrobe sized one. Cracks and black mold everywhere. The shower cubicle is tiny and had literally no water pressure, making it feel like you're showering under a tap. - Beds need a bit more cleaning as we noticed hair under the covers.

Spacious and nice garden. Plenty of space for parking.

Kitchen tools could have been more extensive. Access to the only stand up shower is through a bedroom.

Perfect house ideal for a family stay with a dog. Great clean facilities including added extra such as board games and Sky TV. Nice to have enclosed rear garden with furniture.

Very spacious house, with two sitting rooms, a proper kitchen, downstairs bedroom with ensuite- and a lovely little gem of a garden! The walks around are beautiful- we all loved the beach and pubs at Instow. Great deli there too... Ours doggies needed a holiday when they got home from so much zooming on those lovely beaches!

The bathrooms, though a bit small, are nonetheless perfectly functional! Tall people beware! There is a small, overlooked area of private garden, which, with a wee bit of attention, could be another sweet spot to sit out with a book or drink... Otherwise- fantastic!

Property needed some more refurbishment but kitchen fine. En Suites/bathrooms somewhat dated and tight on space. Extractor fan in downstairs ensuite didn't work, window didn't fully close. Changed to sleep in another room as bed not satisfactory.

House was very comfortable, had everything we needed for our stay, was in a very quiet location, conveniently situated as a base for visiting the many attractions and beaches that north Devon offers and close to stunning scenery of Exmoor. Plenty of shops, restaurants and beaches within easy reach by car and excellent scenic country walks nearby.

TV was found to be faulty. Immediate response from the host Yana with new replacement delivered the next day which was unfortunately found to be damaged on arrival and had to be returned. No fault of Yana who did everything possible to rectify the situation.

The property was lovely & ideal for us as a family of 6.

Only 1 minor thing, downstairs bedroom mattress has a couple of springs coming through, but this didn’t make our stay any less enjoyable.

A spacious family house enough to fit a big family mixed with three generations. We loved the lounge and kitchen, the piano is something add on top of perfection. You own drive way and back garden fits all your needs. Top pick of our entire journey. Owner was very kind and helping hand when we arrived on first day, will book again.

If the three toilets could get an nice upgrade it would be more than prefect.

couldn’t get the TV to work. Bathroom upstairs has a hand held shower only and no shower curtain.

The house was spotless. Location was great, everything easily accessible. Lovely homely feel, with everything we needed. Beautiful garden to sit in and enjoy the sunshine. Finding somewhere so lovely that allows dogs is such a rarity. Will definitely be back. We have family in the local area so it was a great base for everyone to meet up with lots of space. The living room for the adults and the little TV room for the kids was brilliant. Can't rate this place enough. 😍😍😍

Nothing to not like.

I liked the layout of the house, it was comfortable.

The important things were clean, bathrooms, beds and kitchen but there was no grouting around the shower cubicle and a few cobwebs here and there.

Wonderful host and wonderful house. Good specious house. well equipped kitchen. Host communicated all needed details in advance.
