Cleanliness of the room is good, makes it a comfortable stay.

1) booking made through booking.com, "1-BEDROOM type" eventually, I got a studio type only. Though attempts made to justify the options of room offered are solely based on no. of occupants indicated i.e. adult 2. I surely know what I chose and the options were there, so just be careful with the options selected. You might not end up with what you expect. Hope the owner/property mgr can improve something about with booking.com of this kind of misleading info. 2) mainstream TV channels are literally unavailable. If you're kinda old school folks, it'll be hard to wriggle with your remote and to find something you're familiar watching. 3) A/c wasn't cool enough though at lowest setting °C and the water was leaking onto the sofachair, need to do a periodic check to maintain the AC (minor issue but rather an inconvenient one)

PAID RM250 FOR HALF THE VALUE.

The room is spacious, has a kitchenette with a sink and microwave and a lovely view from the balcony. The pool and beach are nice and easy to access. There are watersports services on the beach as well. Location-wise the apartment is in the heart of Tanjung Bungah and close to Georgetwn.

Roomrates are very reasonable and we enjoyed our Ocean View.

The room was clean and spacious.Bed was big and comfy.View was spectacular.Love the pool and the best is direct access to the beach

The host was good and very helpful. Ms Ying she is a great host. Easy self check in.

1) Carpet old and smelly. When we arrived we had to open the sliding door for the bad smell to go out. 2) Bathroom not bright enough, there were only one small light. 3) Aircon not cold. 4) Self check out was ok but refund of the asses card was bad. i had to wait for more than half an hour as the Myanmar guard said i did not give the deposit RM50. I told him i gave to the Nepalease night shift guard but he insists that i did not give without checking properly. The Myanmar guard took my photo without my permisdion. I told him to delete it immediately of i will take action. He gave a stupid reason he wanted to show the Nepalese guard whether i gave him the money. How could the Nepalese remember our face. And more over the Myanmar guard told Ms Ying the Nepslese gave the wrong assess card. I had to call the host and sweet Ms Ying refunded my money first because i was waiting too long. She told me she will check later. RM50 was a small amount but i hate when ppl say i did not give . Nobody is going to cheat with RM50. But the host Ms Ying said sorry for the guard behavour.

Location was excellent. Simple instructions for entry so easy to check in. Restaurant and bars nearby. Easy for travel around in taxi. And the host was so friendly and helpful.
