The flat itself is really nice - Clean, well decorated, spacious.

It was freezing & we weren’t allowed to put on the heating. They provided two heaters but they didn’t really help. Towels were quite small. It would be nice to have bigger options.

Host is not the most friendly maybe - You have to read all the house rules so you can know that you have to pay deposit before you can check-in - so if you don't read and book then too late :)

Excellent location with parking. Modern and well kept. Particularly liked the living area which was spacious and comfortable. Shower powerful and hot. Kitchen well equipped with minor exceptions which was perfect for a mix of dining in and out. Great recommendations for places to eat and visit. Good value.

We booked for four people but there were only three mugs, bowls and plates which was odd.

It was comfortable and clean. Located in a really nice quiet residential area of Wolverhampton. Well equipped kitchen and relaxing living room.

This property was listed as a 'wheelchair accessible ground floor unit' with facilities for disabled guests. It was NOT. Unfortunately there was quite a high step to enter the unit so my Daughter was not able to get her powered wheelchair inside the apartment. Also we could not get the heating to work and some of the bedding felt really damp. It felt quite cold in there. Not only that there was no hot water in the shower.

We had to send photo I.D and a £200 deposit for one night, but I realised why when we saw the apartment. It was absolutely beautiful and very clean. Would stay again .

The heating system and boiler was controlled centrally by internet and on the first day somehow it was not working. We were feeling very cold inside the apartment and also no warm water in the shower until I called the host and got advise to manual override it. The living room was not very quite, you can easily hear the cats passing by on the road. There was no mirror in the bathroom, actually was broken.

Beautiful decor, very clean with a great setup for a family to stay and perfect location for what we needed. Very helpful hosts especially as there was an issue with the smoke alarm in the main living area. Every question I had was answered promptly and professionally.

The noise policy was understandable, however the way the comms were worded made us feel like we couldn’t relax (we have a young child and we’re constantly shushing him!) also we were asked to move our car almost immediately after arriving by a neighbour (despite parking in the bays we were told to in the instructions) which although again totally understandable made us feel a bit nervous/worried that we would upset the neighbours during our stay.
