The property was clean, beds were comfy, and lots of essentials in the kitchen. I would stay again for a similar price range, but the prices elevate during the summer months

It was difficult finding the building to pick up keys.. access to the cabin was difficult.. so many stairs to climb while bringing stuff in and out from bathe car.

Loved the ocean view. Updated appliances & clean feel of unit.

On arrival, there was no packet in the lock box, no staff in the office. had to wait 3 hours and return to the lock box, only to see that we did not have pool passes. Waited 3 days to get the passes. Broken bed, that we had to jury rig to use. Broken chair, not enough towels for our group, no dish rags or cloths, no light in refrigerator that we replaced. Dirty furniture,silverware.

Loved the style of the room. It was very comfortable and would definitely visit again.

It was difficult to locate the room.

I could never find where my room was located. I asked many staying at the same cabin of how to find my room. none knew. the view was okay, just online I felt that it was advertised as a small location of maybe a handful of getaways I did not know I was staying on the top floor, I knew there was no elevator but from the parking lot it was almost the worst “cabin” to be in. when getting to the room, the secret code that obtained the key was still in the digits as it had been left prior, so at this time anyone could have gotten the key to get in. during the time of my stay where was constant construction being done to the lower levels. all in all I say it was OK. my sister worked on the Rocky/TV for more than 2 hours because nothing was sync to the Wi-Fi modem to watch anything and we replaced all batteries In all 3 tv remotes. we also bought windex because they beautiful honey comb mirror had nasty finger print marks/smudges all over it like it had been touched and not cleaned from past residents. the freezer did not freeze AT ALL. all items were a healthy temperature of refrigerator standard. on the balcony ashes from cigarettes and cigars were still present in the carpet of the floor. glasses and cups were still finger marked and unclean, even though there was a dishwasher and soap readily available. just Okay.

a lot of things didn’t work right or were broken. the sliding door was next to impossible to open and close (frame was visibly off the glass). the bathroom sink was clogged. the ice maker was full of ice and frozen solid and couldn’t be used. the toilet seat was almost completely off the toilet. there was food in the disposal and coffee in the coffee pot and grounds. the balcony floor slants toward the outside edge.

Property was at a great location far North away from all the hustle of party scenery. Great for a family trip and the room was great! Had everything you needed!

No elevator. It’s just 3 floors, but be careful packing heavy. Also washing machines need credit card payment availability because it’s hard to find change whenever people claim there’s a change shortage. So I’d advise taking your own. Also when I said the room had everything, I meant it! Too much! possibly a bachelorette party? But when your 8yr old daughter finds a Penis straw, it makes the rest of your stay a little uneasy hoping that’s all they find.

Great location. Located at the end of Cherry Grove so very little traffic or pedestrian congestion. full kitchen which was a main draw for us.

The keyfob for the pool and pier (whats left of it) are located in a seperate location 25 minutes away. we didnt know that until we were settled in and did not want to drive an hour round-trip to get it. Real bummer. The King bed in the Master bedroom was the most uncomfortable bed Ive ever slept on. It has 2 huge indents where most guests must sleep. If you sleep anywhere else you wake up with ungidly backpain. there is at least a 4Inch differnce from center to end. The "amenities" were extremely limited. 1 roll of TP and 1 roll or paper towels. Very limited bath and hand towels (1 per person. This was a 5 day stay so we had to purchase a lot of extra supplies. The balcony furniture is very uncomfortable as well. the cushions are tied to the chairs so if it rains (which it did several times), you will be sitting on a wet chair.

It was decorated nicely, Wi-Fi worked, private pier, spacious, location was good. the staff was fabulous, very responsive, helpful and friendly.

The furniture is about as cheap and flimsy as you can get and the master bed was horrible, so bad that we went and bought a 4” foam topper just to get a halfway decent sleep. the programmable thermostat kept reverting back to 74 degrees (especially during the night) and that is way too hot. after we called the office it was better for a couple of days but then went right back to 74 all the time. get a Keurig, no one uses a coffee pot anymore. BOLDLY state in your marketing this unit is ocean VIEW and NOT ocean front and there is NOT an elevator. also, you need blinds on the sliding glass doors. Need to get rid of the cabinet mounted toilet paper holders that are impossible to reach (and jab you in the side) and replace with a stand instead. replace the shower head in the master bathroom, the pressure is so hard it will peel your skin off.

The room was very clean and spacious. It had a nice view from the balcony. we had access to the pier and the beach was just a few steps away. we had everything that we needed, like a home away from home.

There weren’t any options for food delivery, but there was a grocery store right up the street.

The location right on the beach was wonderful and the view from the balcony was perfect.

The building itself seemed run down, though the unit itself was nice and updated on the inside.

Because my parents are older I would have gotten on a first level. The steps were a little difficult for my stepfather.
