El alojamiento es, simplemente, fantástico. Empezamos por la recepción: es un lugar amplio y cómodo, un avance de lo que te vas a ir encontrando según te adentres en el hotel. La habitación es grande, casi como una casa sin cocina, es amplia, bien distribuida, cuenta con un minibar. El baño es también muy amplio y te ofrecen distintos útiles de aseo personal, pues facilitando la comodidad del cliente por si se le olvida un cepillo de dientes o el champú, en definitiva, han pensado en todo. La piscina es un pequeño oasis de tranquilidad, no se escucha nada y, además, la piscina está calentita y no notas la diferencia térmica entre el exterior e interior de ella. Sin duda, lo mejor que tiene este hotel es el personal, haciendo especial mención a Dn. Pedro, recepcionista. Con este comentario le hago llegar al hotel que mi experiencia no ha sido maravillosa por las instalaciones que también, sino porque tiene al frente de este hotel un personal extraordinario, que hacen que la experiencia sea aún mejor, si cabe. Sin ninguna duda estamos deseando volver.

Lo mejor del alojamiento sin duda ha sido el trato que hemos recibido por parte del personal. Especialmente por parte del equipo del restaurante capitaneado por Carolina. Agradecimos especialmente el trato de todos los camareros y cocineros que prepararon postres pasteurizados especiales para mi mujer que está embarazada y nos ofrecieron toda la información posible sobre los quesos con el fin de minimizar riesgos.

La ubicación

We stayed at the Royal Level and this is highly recommended as it was a lot more quiet and a more relaxing stay. The property was really well kept and clean, the rooms were nice a spacious and the beds were comfortable and the pool area was really amazing with lots of chairs available. The food was good we loved the breakfast as well as the lunch menu and the dinner was also good with lots of variety. The best part of the hotel was the service which was incredible. Luisa who was serving drinks at the pool was amazing and made our stay at the hotel really nice! The staff at the reception and restaurant were also very kind and helpful!

Everything was absolutely amazing! One small thing was that there was no option for one king bed so we had to take 2 beds which were pushed together.
