Nice guesthouse in Rawaii, clean pool and renovated villas. The restaurant across the street was our favorite part!

Unfriendly staff and no breakfast buffet (as advertised). The owner ate breakfast next to guests eating food not offered to guests. Tense energy between staff and guests, which is surprising and very unusual in Thailand. Very far from everything except for Cashew Nut restaurant across the street. Would not go back.

There was no sidewalk so walking in the area was not easy. But we download taxiapp and going everywhere was easy and ok price.

Nice Pool, we had the Villa for 4 people which was nice. A few good restaurants nearby.

Behind our house is a local kindergarten, so expect some noise around 8.

Loved the service and the facilities. It's a nice, serene spot in Rawai. The rooms were amazing and it has a great restaurant right across serving some authentic Thai food.

Breakfast spread could've had more options. Or could've been explained in a clearer manner, such as a menu or something.

It’s really a very nice, quite and clean place.The room ( villa ) is spacious and comfortable. Olivier, the manager is very friendly and helpful. All the staff are very kind.

Our bungalow was clean, spacious and comfortable and had everything you need to cook. The pool and pool area are also extremely clean and nice place to relax. Breakfast was nice and fresh. All the staff were super friendly and helpful. it’s a great place to stay if you’re looking for a relaxing place in Phuket

It is a little far from the beach and a walk down a busy main road but there are some restaurants within walking distance and it’s easy to hire a scooter from the hotel

Beautiful place. The Resort and the rooms are beautiful, i really enjoyed it. The area is super nice and chilled and the staff and the owner are really friendly- i would always come back!

Located off the busy and noisy streets of Rawai, but within walking distance of the busy streets. Quiet place, it's good. Completely new villa on the edge of the large pool with beautiful shapes. Big comfortable bed and thick mattress. Large android TV last model. Charming and welcoming staff. Full buffet breakfast. Excellent coffee. An unbeatable price/performance compromise. Free Mercedes-Benz airport limousine service or hotel-to-hotel transfer when staying more than 5 nights in a row, exceptional!

Lovely renovated bungalows. Just off the busy streets of Rawai, but still close enough to walk to nice restaurants and coffee places. A small and cosy place. A brilliant alternative for the fancy big chains if you are looking for a a local and family vibe place. Nice swimming pool. The manager Jaywaadee is excellent. Great breakfast too with fresh croissants. And a proper coffee machine. We had A great experience for this new place.
