The host marsha was amazing always on hand To help the deli, supermarket and Devon house ice cream was great 👍 and some of the local restaurants that deliver to the door was the best

Good location, easy to find. Surrounded by decent amenities. Safe and secure gated community.

Poor hosting and generally poor maintenance of the property made it an uncomfortable stay. Profit is clearly put in front of Comfort for the guests. 3 cockroaches found. No bin bags left for guests to use. Hand wash & Washing up liquids watered down to barely usable. AC in 2nd bedroom broken. Oven is barely working. Toilet water doesn't fill the tank enough so flushing waste takes 3-4 attempts. Cobwebs left all over washing line meant either guest cleans or clothes are dried inside. 2 Full Electricity outages during stay for a few hours at a time. Dirty old stained Bath Towels supplied. US$250 charge for smoking inside the property. US$50 charge for dirty dishes and pots left in sink. US$20 charge per towel for stain left on the towel. Housekeeping is US$60 per day. Hidden charges for having visitors. Assumption is that visitors would stay as an overnight guest so a complicated process is put in place where you have to contact 1 of 2 people prior to a visitors arrival to contact security with a time, date and identification to allow visitors access. or "To make things easier, let me suggest you pay £500 instead of £1,120 for the extra guests. This way you have no restrictions on the guests coming..." Wifi is only strong enough for the living room so you won't be able to use the Internet consistently in the bedrooms.

The interior decor was modern,warm and inviting.The community beautiful and well maintained

The property was exactly as the pictures. The community was very beautiful and there was a sense of security about the community. The pool was very clean with plenty of sunbeds and the bathroom/changing room was very clean. Loved everything about our stay at this property.

The community is a bit large but it was still navigable.
