clean , up to date, kitchen is amazing , warm , some what quiet . people I spoke to on the phone were really nice and friendly .

creaking floors , we had downstairs people saying that the ceiling is shaking can you please keep it quiet and that’s when we were only the 3 of us can you imagine if it was 6 people staying there . the coat hanger fell off the wall when I only put my light hoodie on it ( the bang scared me !) that needs sorting out ASAP . the view :well the garden needs sorting too it was dead . the carpet needs a good clean or changing but it’s the creaking of the floor that was non avoidable you need to make the

Everything was as described and team were responsive and helpful. I was a little worried about the deposit but it was all very reasonable in the end. Location was good for us as near a family event.

We were a group of 5 adults and were quite comfortable. I suspect it wouldn't be very suitable for young children.

Parking wasn’t clear Bins were full to brim near parking Steep/sharp uncomfortable stairs Smelly sofa bed - carpets too hard; not fluffy or comfy Bedrooms were so small that a 5.5foot tall person won’t be able to stand tall without bending. The description of the room is far off from what it actually looks like - Very deceptive!

Excellent accommodation clean and spacious in a good location. Good communication from host.

Owners great, helpful and friendly. Location very good with parking handy. Beds comfortable and clean.

Kitchen equipment dirty from previous guests. Microwave, oven and bins were dirty. Cutlery draw was very dirty so we cleaned entire draw and contents ourselves. Would benefit from a deep clean of kitchen cupboards and utensils, as we had planned to cook for ourselves.

It was very modern, spacious and had everything we needed.

A gate to the back garden would have been beneficial as we had 2 dogs.

was very happy with our stay at 32A Gladstone apartments, we stayed as a family of 5 with x3 children. host's Donna & Kirsty were perfect throughout and check-in was extremely smooth and easy. Apartment was very spacious and clean - a comfort stay whilst we was visiting family in Southampton & will certainly happily use this apartment again if available. Thank you :)

the apartment we stayed in was lovely and modern decor, very clean and has great facilities such as washing machine, dish washer and garden. We stayed here for a family trip to Paulton’s Park, it was only a short drive to the park and close by to amenities such as takeaways and shops.

The apartment has off-road parking. Flowers on arrival. Quick and polite responses. Helpfulness to accommodate my family's needs.

Wi-fi needs to be faster in the front room.
