towels stained windows didn’t lock, insisted on charging for a service dog! called it cleaning fees, what a joke. the place was so dirty the dog needed s bath after entering the room.

it was dirty and the staff or owner was obstinate and exploited staff. they had only stained towels to work with. three were cobwebs on the pillows toilet ran constantly and bedroom lights didn’t work. called to have this addressed. nobody ever showed up

absolutely nothing

everything, we had blood on our bathroom door in two locations. stains on almost every piece of bedding, and then physical fecal matter on a “clean” towel from the cleaning crew that was left for us upon arrival.

This hotel has a nice river behind you can sit and relax at. The staff and management are exceptionally friendly and helpful especially housekeeping!

Maybe the parking was tight.

Very good location. The bed was very comfortable.

The people, person, in the room above me. Needed some cosmetic repairs.

The bathroom was out dated as well as the room. Could have been a little more modern. The bed was a king and was not too bad for sleeping.

The room was ice cold and took over 2 hrs to warm up. This is really a motel, not an Inn.

Heather was wonderful, very friendly. My room was perfect…staying here while visiting family in the area for the holidays. There is a fridge and microwave in the room.
