Tesisin konumu şehir merkezine yakın bir yerde. İçerisi de geniş bir tatil köyü ve etrafında market ve restoranlar var fazlasıyla. Ayrıca hemen odaların yakınında havuzu olması da çok iyi. Odalarda mutfak var ve bardak tabak mikrodalga su ısıtıcısı ve hatta çamaşır makinesi gibi eşyaların olması harika. İbrahim Bey ve Mustafa’ya ilgilerinden ötürü çok teşekkürler

Delta Sharm is beautiful with all those flowers and palm trees. It is quiet.

I have been to Delta Sharm a couple of times before. I choose this compound because of the central location. This time I have chosen Hermes hospitality because of the good reviews and the name hospitality. It seemed to me that it is an appartment with hotel service. That is what I need! But what a bummer! I haven't experienced any type of hospitality or service AT ALL. Before arriving I have sent our time of arrival by booking.com and WhatsApp. But no reaction. The reception was not friendly at all. I am a single mum with a 4 year old but didn't get any help with my luggage. I have booked a room with a double bed and one single bed, we got three single beds instead. The sliding doors can not be locked, you can open it from the outside, it is at the ground floor. After telling this they putted a plug in. The spots above the mirror in the bathroom are not working. I need that for my contactlenses. After I have told that, nothing is replaced. I have chosen this place because it has a kitchen, but the equipment is really minimal: two plates, two forks, two spoons, two cups. No knife to peel fruits or a cutting board. I am glad I took my own pan (I live in Egypt). The fridge and airconditioning make a lot of noise during the night. Ibrahim is at the area everyday but he barely greet us. When I have sent him a message that the safe was not working and some questions, he didn't answer. I have told Sabine, who was working in the cafe how I felt but she seemed too occupied by her own problems. You can only use the pool in front of the room. Delta Sharm works with a card system, but we didn't get a card, nor beach towel. The pool is too cold (December) to swim. There is no pool for kids and my 4 year old son was not allowed to swim or play in the pool, even when I am sitting at the pool, while there is a pool boy. We stayed 5 days and it is not cleaned one single time.

There was a lady in the kitchen staff, who offered us a local tour guide. DO NOT MEET him! He offered tours double prices and every time found it there is some hidden extra charge…And it is very hurtful, because when You stay somewhere and ask some help, the minimum is you would like a real help not false..

Struttura all'interno di un complesso residenziale con piscina, mini market ecc. Sabina è fenomenale su ogni punto di vista ti consiglia cosa vedere, dove andare di giorno e di notte persino quanto spendere max con i taxi. Veramente soddisfatto.

La cucina ha giusto lo stretto necessario, aggiungerei almeno uno scolapasta soprattutto per i clienti italiani.

I liked that we were right by the pool and little cafe.

The long walks we had to take to get to the front gate.

I enjoyed my time there with my friends! The staff also are very friendly and kind too like Ahmed, Ayman and Sabina also. The location also is very good and strategic also easy to find! For sure I will visit again here next time😇

Actually everything is good! It just that I wish I could also dive into the pool during night time.

As a small rental-apartment unit, I think this was a decent and okay little flat to rent. Room was nice and clean.

The shower did not have very hot water, it was a bit chilling to take shower, but it went okay. The balcony door was not secured, it could be opened from the outside, and this was on first floor. However I complained and they came and injected a pin into a hole so it became locked.
