Location was great

Our booking was through Vacasa and NOT Emerald Grande which affected our stay. I would book directly through emerald grande next time to experience all that they have to offer instead

Since we were through private rental, we did not receive clean towels or toiletries daily. This was not the resorts fault.

Loved the location,beds we’re comfortable and the view was nice!!

Had a little problem with the air conditioning the last 2 days!

The whole property was really nice and I especially loved the rooms and bathrooms.

There wasn’t anything that I like about our condo this time it had hair In the showers mold in the showers we killed almost 20 roaches. I don’t think I will come back to the Emerald and this was my third trip.

The condo is filthy had hair in the showers mold in the showers we killed almost 20 roaches it was absolutely disgusting and I would expect some sort of refund.

The property when very nice. The condo was in a excellent location.

There were some minor things that can be fixed in the property. These items didn’t change the great time we had, but really needs to be addressed. The master bathroom tub shower head was broken and was laying down behind the spout (luckily we are shower takers), in the wall way the one of the decorations on the wall table was missing the C from the letters spelling BEACH; it had felled off, and the remotes to the tv were mixed from different bedrooms. I attached pictures to show my concerns. But, like I said earlier; It didn’t change the great time my family and I had at the property. The property was awesome and I know some of the things I listed seem nick picking. But, in my opinion… you have a very beautiful property and those things really stand out.

Kids loved the pool. I liked the elevator directly to the harborwalk

Water temperature in one shower was always extremely hot no matter how we tried to adjust it.

the view from the room was gorgeous in the morning. the staff was wonderful and I loved all the amenities that were offered

the late check in and early check out

The location is super. Everything you need is right in walking distance. Many great restaurants in walking distance. The fact that you can have a cocktail or two and just walk back to your room makes all the difference.

I loved everything about the location.
