The bro at the front counter is like we don't accept online bookings. Well then, why the hell are you on booking .com!!!!
The shower had broken things strewn all through it. Like a 10 minute job to sort it out. I rarely complain about dirt, but this was filthy. Do better!
The bed was so firm. Hard. May as well sleep on the ground.

Nothing. Pathetic experience.
They refused the booking as we had done through online and I told him that I’ve already paid for the room. We have bulk booking and cannot provide you the accommodation. When I told at least give me room for few hours so that I can finish my office work upon begging he was ready to provide one room.
