Nothing unfortunately

We booked two “deluxe” suites which were supposed to have a double bed, 2 singles and a sofa bed. When we checked in each room only had a double bed, the single beds either had no mattress or a mattress so thin you couldn’t sleep on it. Only one of the rooms had a sofa bed. After some argument (they thought the solution was for us all to sleep in one bed together), another very thin foam thing was brought to try to make a single bed comfortable enough to sleep on. But the problems didn’t stop there. The aircon is only in the bedroom and you would have to blast it for it to reach the other room - thereby making the bedroom freezing - and no blanket is provided. The fans were all faulty, the kitchen had no ammenities at all, the rooms smelt like damp, one if the rooms had an insect infestation and the pool was dirty. The “resort” is far from anything, the only food available is from a local restaurant delivery which was awful. You’d need your own transport to stay here. We ended up not staying a single night of our booking and found other accomodation. We tried to work out a private solution with them, but they refused to refund any of our booking and then did not reply to our emails. Whilst we were there another booking was also leaving. We are generally not fussy, but we DO expect the number of beds we book to be provided. This was a very poor experience.

Great facilities and excellent staff, breakfast was exactly what I needed. Clean rooms quiet and close to the empty beach! Great for couples families and kids, 15 min to the bars and nightlife.

Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt, große Wohnungen, sauber und bei Fragen war das Personal immer sehr hilfsbereit.

Cheap price, good a/c, ok wifi, good breakfast, pay 350 pesos and you can cook yourself which is needed since far away to restaurants. Ealing distance to beach but steep gravel road

Location, far away from any convenient store and restaurants. Many electricity cut off, need refurbished rooms, stand still swimming pool water,

Staff are courteous and friendly. The pool is cleaned every night. The place is quiet. Kitchen is equipped, we were able to cook our own food.

Towels are old and worn out but they are clean. Water pressure on the 3rd floor unit is poor.

Rooms are BIG. Choices for breakfast are great. Nice staffs.

Le personnel fait le strict minimum, donne pas d'info sur les activités de l'île. Il faut tout demander. Nos poubelles n'ont pas été vidées du séjour, nos draps pas changés. Il faut sûrement demander. Pas de connexion wifi dans les chambres car le wifi provient de la réception. Lit pas très comfortable. La route pour accéder à l'hôtel est en fait un chemin avec caillasse.

If your looking to find a student party happening till 2am at night, look no further. Swimmingpool was nice tough. My hotelroom was huge, almost 50 m2! Walking distance to the beach.

(Local) Student parties happening till late night. Not many restaurants close by. The outdoor furniture can be replaced by some nice seatings

There was no food available on site in the evening, if you wanted food the staff had to order it from somewhere else for you. We would have preferred prior notification of this

The room is so big - with towel, portable water heater, sink, clothes rack. Shower has hot water also. Air conditioner working perfectly.

Large comfy and clean room. In a quiet area a short bike ride away from the centre. Friendly staff and good breakfast.

It's neat and peaceful. If you want to stay in a calm, quiet and away from the busy environment. This place is best for you. I like the room, they provide kitchen equipments for cooking but you might need to pay extra money for the gas tank.

They don't have guards to open and close the gates. We were given gate keys in case we arrive home late at night. VERY limited breakfast options to offer.

Spacious rooms with A/C in the bedroom which could also cool the rest of the room. Nice garden and short walk to local convenience store which has a good range of the things we needed.

The description stated that there was a kitchen with various equipment. This is not the case! There is a kitchen area, but no coking facility, crockery, cutlery, etc and the fridge was broken. Fine if you just want a room, but no way you can do any self catering.

A wonderful place to stay. The hosts are friendly and kind, the food is good, rooms are clean and there is hot water. The view from the terrace is great. The pool and the garden were nice as well.

Well, we dont mind that this happened but we think it is good to comment about it so they can improve. Our sheets were dirty, we had to request new ones and it was not a nice situation. And the other thing we really did not like at all, we rented rhe apartament so we couls have a kitchen, but when we got there they said we needed to pay extra 350 to be able to cook. To add to that, first we went to see the place, we said our interest was that it had a kitchen and we wanted to cook, and after we decided to book, we turn the fridge on ans it was broken. We told in the reception and they said they already new about it. This was not very professional because we especifically said we wanted a place with kitchen, they should have told us the fridge was not working.... Other than that, when we woke up, there was dog poop on our dog, and the next day dog pee as well. The dog, for some reason, wanted to mark our apartament door. We love dogs, so we understand, but maybe other guests will not find it so normal ahahaha

Did what it needed to do. Comfy bed, aircon worked.

Shower unit didn't work so shower was cold. Room and furniture is very aged. Location is in the middle of no where. Only food is ordered in from another place and took ages and wasn't too good. Need to rent a bike to stay here.

The Nickles staff is amazing: friendly, pleasant, attentive, friendly, helpful, always willing to take care of the customer and considerate. It is a relaxing and quiet place, not crowded and nice. Thank you so much for all Christy, Elvira, Judit and Joan 😍

Nickles Park Resort was the best accomodation we had in Philippine. Stuff was helpful and friendly. Everything was clean. Really cool place! Thank you.

Large room and great staff

beautiful and spacious garden premises with swimming pool for a very budget price ! :) 15 min by trycicle from the airport. only 200 PhP for 4 pax (they have spacious trycicles). The staff may call it for you with n extra charge. A beautiful garden territory, with lots of trees and shade,with a very nice chill-out area. Clean swimming pool. Spacious 2-room appartments, with a kitchenette, hot water in the shower. Quiet place & nice staff. A quiet beach with white sand is within a 5-min walk from the resort. If you want a more joyful beach with many facilities and cafes and scuba diving, you'll find it on Alona beach, 10 min by trycicle.

The breakfast was among a few things that we didn't like. A small choice of Filipino dishes, with a sausage or corn beef being the main part of it. We like Filipino cuisine very much, but the breakfast was less tasty thta we had expected: no brewed coffee, only instant, the so called "hot chocolate" (Milo, with creamer, not milk) was dissappointing, and they even did't have tea bags, no tea at all. They don't cook, so your option is to ask them to order take away food for you. I don't know from which cafe it has been ordered, but our sinigang na sugpo and deinks were no tasty. Also the staff couldn't provide a table tennis ball, and they didn' have their own voleyball ball, so we couldn't use their sport facilities. But this was a temporary problem :)

My friends and I like (or rather love!) everything about this resort. All the staffs are nice and accommodating, always smiling and ready to help you with anything. The location is really strategic and great as it is near a beach and convenience store. A short drive/commute to Alona (if you want a more touristy vibes of a beach). The resort itself has a pool which is a plus factor after swimming in the beach you can relax yourself in the pool, which we enjoyed really. They offer free breakfast and it is really good! To top it all, the room is huge that can even fit more than our group (we are 6), the CR and bathroom is clean, and we also have a kitchenette with a dinig table. The room aircondition and heater works perfectly. The stay definitely exceeds our expectation. Great value of our money! We had a great stay! Super recommended!!​

Great location, close to very beautiful beach. Big apartment with nice balcony.

Toilet flush was not working & nobody came to fix it. Also kitchen has no equipment at all.
