Location,roomy comfortable

Dryer needed repair. Took hours to dry a load.One of the shower curtains and a bedspread had stains on them. The property management team weren't helpful. They would respond to texts but really couldn't help with our problems.

Everything was great. Cleanliness, location, space, comfort, home lay out. We had absolutely no complaints. Definately plan to stay here again in the future.

There were NO complaints from my family. The stay actually exceeded our expectations. Our only complaint is that we didnt stay longer. Next time we will book for a longer stay

They need to replace all of the mattresses,

The kitchen does not have cookware or utensils, not enough for a large crowd. The pots are mostly small and some of the frying pans are burnt up and just look bad..

plenty of space

Huge space that accommodated our large group. Convenient to beach. Well furnished for a family vacation.

Every screen on patio doors were torn and/or off track. Lots of wear on paint, furniture and fixtures. Cleaning crew was a bit spotty on stocking every room with towels, soap, etc. Several light bulbs out. This type of facility needs aggressive maintenance to keep up with the wear and tear of the clients. That maintenance has not happened in this case.

there were not enough supplies. such as blankets, towels, toilet paper. we had to purchase our own. no mop to mop the floors or get up spills. which we didn’t have any.

There was plenty of room for 2 families. The location was in a perfect spot in a residential area of North Myrtle Beach.

There was a few small maintenance issues that need to be addressed. Nothing that wouldn't stop me from staying again.
