My friend arrived earlier than us and was able to access the booking I shared with her and get the door code - she was there to also accept groceries we ordered in advance. Great location - about .8 miles from Broadway - we walked most of the time - great restaurant around the corner as well.

The kitchen was lacking pots and pans - nothing really to make eggs in - that was our only complaint - there were spices to use, etc. which was great. Very clean. . . just could beef up some of the frying pans to be honest.

The location was a perfect smooth and pretty walk to Broadway and 2nd ave where we spent a good portion of time. Jonathan's also in walking distance was nice to be so close to (must try place). View of river is awesome, train loud at times. Decor is apartment is cute theme. Overall happy

The cleanliness needs improvement, dirty dishes in cupboards we washed before using, hair in the bottom of bath tub and general dirt on floor, spider webs. It was not disgusting but it was not up to par for how clean we would expect it to be. We had two couples it was cozy I wouldn't have wanted more people squished in there.

Nice place but the management needs to provide better service and cleaning needs to be addressed ASAP

Walls are scuffed up, large window was dirty and had lots of fingerprints, outside patio was dirty and had cobweb’s, sink in first restroom is clogged, cleaner need to clean under the refrigerator it had stuff underneath, information need to be sent out with thorough instructions about parking, parking slot, and about what is not provided like coffee pods, shampoo, conditioner, soap. Especially if they are staying a week. Most AIRBNB have large dispensers and provide coffee pods if they have a coffee maker. Unfortunately, the bedrooms were not well thought out with no windows in the rooms and vent in the restroom. Also no space to put clothes in the room, should have shelf’s on one side of the closet. The bedroom space was not well thought out

Size, layout except open bedroom to kitchen. Balcony was nice and secure garage/building. Location good except nearby construction.

Heating/air was impossible to use/control and no instructions. No extra garbage bags and not enough toilet paper. No toaster provided. See above.

Walls are a but thin. We could hear people yelling and a kid upstairs running back and forth.

The home was dirty. The property needs a deep cleaning inside and out on the patio. The toilet seat was broken in the main bathroom.
