The property had a lot of home comforts and a lovely garden to relax in, the birds are beautiful to watch and don’t forget to fill up the bird bath for them. You are able to eat in comfortably eating your meals, in or out of the property, thank you 😊

Beautiful interior and garden was stunning 😍 the beds were awesome too and the decor was,stunning. We would definitely book again thank you 😊 a lot if people have complained about a washing machine but give me the dishwasher any day I'm not doing clothes washing on holidays 😉

The couch in the living room was uncomfortable, as a family with sensory needs it would have been nice to have had a more comfortable space to gather in the evenings with a movie instead we tended to seperate to the uber comfy beds, but it was a lovely decorated room. Also, the cottage is tucked away more precise directions or providing an exact location guide would have been helpful but the owner and agency were quick to help us.

lovely garden, the kids loved playing and investigating the secret garden through the back gate. it was super close to the park and playing field, which they loved.

I thought it was more out of town away from other houses. it also said it was a detached property, which I prefer as I'm a light sleeper, but it wasn't detached.

Location is perfect with the village shop and pub both about a 2 min walk. Lovely church in village where Robin Hood married maid Marian. Cottage was amazing, full of character and a huge private garden. You can walk to uttoxeter in 20 mins and easy access to the beautiful Derbyshire dales and Peak District. Just fantastic time had by all

Bit isolated without a cat but their were buses every hour into Uttoxeter and burton

Quiet location, big garden and plenty of room for a family to stay. Internet was great.

Poor communication, I sent a text message to the number provided but didn’t receive a reply. on street parking isn’t ideal. The living room seating wasn’t very comfortable either.
