Der grandiose Ausblick zum Meer. die Einrichtung sehr modern, der Balkon in der ersten Nacht mit direktem Meerblick war super, würde ich auf jeden Fall empfehlen. Das Bett war auch sehr bequem.

In der zweiten Nacht hatte ich ein Zimmer mit seitlichem Meerblick, kann ich nicht empfehlen

The property is pristine, and an excellent location from el centro. The rooms are clean and the a/c works great. Bathrooms and showers are also fantastic. Housekeepers do a great job! The food at the restaurant is also good.

The price point went up over 50% from the first time we stayed there in November. The washing machines are ran in the morning, and are so loud, it sounded like construction was going on, so it was difficult to sleep in the morning without ear plugs. One day I had to wait an hour and a half to get juice and coffee by the pool that I had to order three times, but the girl kept forgetting to write it down. Food prices are fairly high, considering the higher price point.

La habitación es muy grande y nueva. Tienen balcones que miran al mar con privacidad. Queda cerca del centro de Cozumel y del ferry, por lo que se puede ir caminando hasta el puerto y hasta los restaurantes. También tiene estacionamiento si alquilas una moto.

We both really liked the clean and simple rooms, and the front desk staff was friendly and helpful. We absolutely loved the location and the value.

It was unfortunate the restaurant was only opened until 1 o'clock. Would have loved evening cocktails at the rooftop.

Sehr modernes Hotel mit grossen, komfortablen, gut ausgestatteten Zimmern und bequemen Betten. Balkon mit Meerblick und Stühlen, sehr geschätzt. Netter Poolbereich. Frühstück (nicht inbegriffen) günstig und super lecker. Man konnte einen Parkplatz in der Garage kostenlos reservieren. Gute Restaurants und Läden in der Nähe. Klare Empfehlung!

Hotel and Room were good. view was nice minus the roof tops looks like slum area.

No parking., difficult to find parking on street and not felt safe leaving the car overnight on the street. I'm sure I reserved parking but it was lost in the system. But they have 4 parking spots only. Lol not enough anyhow. Area is bad, all houses falling apart look like slum town, houses with barb wire fences look like jail.

Elegí el Puerto Libre para una ocasión especial, el cumpleaños de mi pareja. Como quería que fuera de verdad único, reservé la habitación King Ocean View y la verdad es que las vistas eran increíbles, ver el mar con las palmeras de la cama y una terraza impresionante con sofá. La cama era muy cómoda así como la ducha. El personal, en general, era amable. Se nota que el hotel está recientemente remodelado.

Para el valor elevadísimo que pagué por la habitación King Ocean View, me esperaba que no hubiera ruido y la verdad es que podían haber avisado que la calle estaba en obras y estar en la terraza implicaría escuchar ruidos de camiones y obras. El servicio de bar no estaba funcionando (solo para desayunar) así que imposible pedir un coctelería, cerveza o jugo mientras se está en la piscina (por cierto, muy pequeña). Además, aunque avisé de antemano que era para una ocasión especial, al llegar al hotel lo recordé, y me confirmaron que harían una sorpresa al llegar a la habitación para el cumpleañero al día siguiente. Al llegar al hotel, no habían hecho nada ni me pidieron perdón. Teniendo en cuenta la categoría del hotel y que estaba, además, en una de las mejores habitaciones (y más caras), este trato fue decepcionante.

Hice mi reserva , me confirmaron la reserva mediante WhatsApp, me dijeron que incluía el desayuno y estando hospedados me lo negaron y tuvimos que pagar el desayuno. Hablé para aclarar y lo único que hicieron fue decirme lo siento.

It is all new and very comfortable, the location is great and an easy walk to restaurants and shops.

Sem café da manhã. Fomos constrangidos e acusados pela recepcionista do hotel de pegarmos um pote de shampoo, que deveria ser para uso de cortesia do hóspede, conforme produtos colocados em cima da pia do banheiro!!!! Tivemos que PAGAR O SHAMPOO no check out, apesar de dizermos que não pegamos nada, e, que poderia revistar nossa bagagem se quisesse, e falamos que só tinham dois potes em cima da pia do banheiro, sendo um de sabonete líquido, outro de body lotion e mais um de sabonete líquido no box do banheiro!!! Ela chamou uma pessoa da limpeza, que foi até o quarto e desceu com os três potes na mão, e mesmo assim eu e meu marido muito constrangidos e chateados, falando que não pegamos nada, ela disse que teríamos que PAGAR 250 PESOS PELO POTE DE SHAMPOO!!! Pagamos, mas saímos INDIGNADOS pela cobrança absurda e indevida!!! Fui a esse hotel comemorar meu aniversário e sai muito DECEPCIONADA E COM RAIVA DA SITUAÇÃO.

El personal de mantenimiento o responsables de la alberca se dirigieron de manera grosera para pedirnos que nos saliéramos de la alberca, sin embargo en recepción nos dieron toallas ya que aún aún faltaban 30 mins para cerrar la alberca. The hotel was very clean, staff was fantastic and able to recommend multiple options for lunches and dinners (we wanted to go where the locals would eat, and they were AMAZING!!) Highly recommend: La Classica (authentic gourmet mexican) 1 block behind the hotel , take a right and just up 1 block and a bit El Nero taqueria (2 silver taco carts and seating behind) 6 streets behind and 6 blocks to the right (beside a Domino's- DONT eat there) The shampoo and body lotion provided (please don't take it, they refill the bottles) was very nice and refreshing, the lotion did exactly as mentioned and was soothing for my tan, turned it from red to brown overnight!

My only complaint would be the lack of water pressure in the shower. As a woman with long hair it takes FOREVER to get the shampoo out.

Breakfast was not available over the weekend due to low occupancy. Small bugs, like ants, on the floor. Had to constantly ask for extra towels.

The property is new and very clean.

The AC is turned off when you leave the room due to keycard system. Not that I’d leave the AC blast, however, the room took awhile to cool down upon return.

Loved the clean, modern look. Nice to have the pool looking out over the ocean. My ocean view room was huge and the bed was very comfortable. AC worked great too. I like that they put a free liter of water in the room every day.

The hotel is conveniently located in the centre area and close to the ferry. Staff are very welcoming and friendly.

The water pipe under the sink broke completely in our last day of stay. Our room got flooded and the water ran all the way to the hotel's hallway. We were waken up by the accident and had to pack and move to another room at 6am in the morning.

Loved the location - We were only in Cozumel for a couple of days for diving and needed something central in Cozumel and this was great. It was about a 10min walk from the ferry terminal and close by to several bars and restaurants. The property is new and very clean and the beds were comfortable.

This is more like serviced apartment than a hotel - there were no services / restaurants. They have a bar by the pool area but when were were there there was no one to man it so had to go to the bodega and get beers ourselves. The pool itself is small, ideal for us as we were there in low season and were the only guests but will be challenging to relax if any more than 2 in at the same time..and it wasn't cleaned - We didnt realise it due to the dark blue tile but our clothing / watches had residue on it upon leaving- And the WIFI needs to be better - You need to go through a detailed login process requiring IP address if you are an Iphone user and it logs you out all the time which was very annoying...

Our corner room was great. Comfy beds. Close to the pool. Great location. Staff was exceptional.

Wifi was erratic and at times there was none. After four days the restaurant in the small pool area opened to the public and none of the hotel guests felt comfortable going into the pool until after 3:00 pm when the restaurant closed. If that doesn't bother you, we can't say enough good things about the hotel.

The location, quiet with black out curtains. The pool overlooking the water. Private balcony. Modern, fancy and clean. Overall a great deal.
