Sehr gute Lage und nettes Café. Das Zimmer ist grundsätzlich o.k., aber sehr spartanisch. Keine Türe vor der Toilette vorhanden.

Im Zimmer herrschte ein übler Gestank, was dem Personal wohl bekannt war, da trotz der Kälte bei der Ankunft das Fenster weit offen war. Nach der späten Rückkehr am Abend war der Gestank sehr intensiv, eine Rücksprache war wegen der Uhrzeit nicht mehr möglich. Auf meine schriftliche Beschwerde kam keinerlei Reaktion. Unterirdisch !

Its cheap, beds are good. Location is very central

Bathroom has no windows, or any other way to let fresh air in. When somebody takes a dump you either have to leave it linger in the damp bathroom or you can leave the smell out into the room. My access card didn’t work one evening, I was lucky to notice it before they closed, since I have a habit of coming in very late. Otherwise I’d have had to stay out in the cold. Very unreliable system

Die Lage ist top - zwischen dem Hauptbahnhof und Ulmer Dom! Die Ausstattung ist voll in Ordnung.

Es gibt keine Tischlampen. Stattdessen befinden sich kleine eingebaute Lampen über einem Bett. Leider funktionierten die nicht.

Die Lage ist top und der Preis fair. Das Zimmer war sehr simpel aber recht sauber.

Der Schlüssel muss beim Restaurant abgeholt werden und ich musste trotz vorherigem Online-Check-In ungefähr zehn Minuten warten, bis ein Mitarbeitender mir den Zimmerschlüssel geben konnte.

Die Lage war sehr zentral, nahe am Ulmer Münster und der Altstadt.

Es hat im ganzen Zimmer gestunken, vermutlich etwas mit den Rohren und das Bad hatte keine Tür. Keine Privatsspäre im Bad.

Die Lage war Klasse und das Personal sehr nett. Das Zimmer war für den Preis auch in Ordnung. Preis-Leistung Top.

Aus den Abflüssen der Dusche und dem Waschbecken kam ein komischer modriger geruch. Sehr unangenehm. Man musste quasi die ganze Zeit die Fenster offen lassen damit man das nicht ständig riecht. Man kann damit aber leben. Es war mir nicht ganz klar wo ich einchecken kann. Man muss sich unten im Café an einen Mitarbeiter wenden der einen dann an einem Laptop in einer Ecke des Cafés eincheckt. Es gibt quasi keine Rezeption oder der gleichen. Ist nicht wirklich schlimm aber es war ein bisschen verwirrend.

My room had no separations between the restroom and the room, thus the shower was not separated from the bed. There was not separation between the WC and the room, namely there was not even a door separating the WC from the rest of the room. There was not even soap in the room, furthermore the restroom did not look very clean.

Great location and exceptional price. Dorms were large and beds very comfortable with lockable cupboards for each guest.

The room was great and very clean. The design inside and was fresh and modern with some comfy chair. There were plenty of sockets and charging ports. The bathroom was way above avarage in other places and full sized hotels.

- There was no air conditioning, meaning that in 30C we only have the option to open the window. As a result you have to listen to the contant chimes from the Cathedral (on every 15 minutes.... the whole night!) and there is no way for you to sleep well in such condition. - The blanket was waaaaay more thick than necessary in the summer and you are not using it. It was just there on the bed. Please use adequate blanket for the season - The pillow is huge and filled with featers. Literally 1m square pillow which you have to fold several times in order for it to take somekind of shape. In addition to the lovely sleepless night (thanks to the cathedral) I had neck pain on the next day.

Wifi was terribly slow, check-in time ended at 2200 which I only just made after some delays.

The Ventilation was insufficient. There was also no exhaust for the bathroom. You can only opent windows which makes it in winter very cold. otherwise you have a filthy smell with many people in the room.
