L'accueil est très professionnel, chaleureux et attentif, tout en restant discret. Nous avons apprécié l'atmosphère accueillante et le service personnalisé. La DEMEURE est située dans un cadre unique et cosy, avec une vue splendide sur le village de Sidi Bou Said, son port et Carthage. La décoration est inspirée de l'architecture traditionnelle tunisienne, créant une ambiance chaleureuse et authentique. La DEMEURE se fond dans l'architecture traditionnelle de Sidi Bou Said, avec ses maisons blanches et bleues et ses ruelles étroites. L'atmosphère est paisible et relaxante, idéale pour se ressourcer en couple ou en famille. En résumé, on se sent chez soi à la DEMEURE.

Incredible view, beautifully decorated hotel, in a great location. Breakfast was very good and there was a lot of it.

We booked a room that was listed as having one queen and one twin bed, but the room really only has a queen bed and a sofa. This may have been my misunderstanding while booking though. Upon arrival we were charged an extra 15% for needing two beds even though I had booked the room for two people.

Cleaners in the morning and waiters during breakfast should be more discreet when they talk to each other, they were too loud (shouting), this was ruining a bit the great atmosphere and Charme of the residence.

Great stay with an amazing view. The hotel only has a few rooms which guarantees that you will have calm and quiet time to fully recharge yourself. The staff were the best, they were all so kind and helpful. Everyone made sure we were having a good time. I really liked spending time in the pool and in the garden. I believe I have found the perfect spot for my next weekend getaways. I will definitely come back to Tunisia just to stay here again.

Nothing was too much trouble for the staff. They were polite, friendly and attentive. The view was wonderful especially from our room. Lovely breakfast out on the terrace overlooking the bay. The chef was great, he came in at short notice on Eid after we foolishly didn’t plan for the holiday. The pool was great too.
