Modern, well built, good facilities, close to highway. Entrance code with key safe is great and works very well. Good privacy and freedom to do your thing.

Narrow beds and separate matrasses is not very nice for a couple; couch bed for third person (my 11 yr old daughter) is really bad quality and a hard sleep; very noisy metro-line close by with high frequency (at least every 5 minutes). My biggest recommendation to the property owners, is to contemplate higher quality beds and bed-couches, along with the bedding and pillows, to provide a real hotel experience to your guests. A good night sleep is extremely important.

It was immaculately furnished and very clean - the apartment was exactly as shown on the website. Lots of space and nice touches like the coffee pods made all the difference.

We did have some trouble using the oven - we couldn’t work it out, even with the instructions! However, everything else was perfect!

Apartment made for giants. Lucky my husband was with me as I couldn't reach a lot of things. Very small bathroom and water went over floor, poorly designed but looked lovely. Daughter had very uncomfortable sleep on sofa which had hard framing through it

Lovely apartment with everything you need, including washing machine. coffee pods and washing detergent supplied which was great. A short walk to the train station and about 1km to main Leidschendam village with fantastic cafes and shops

Comfortable and well decorated. Very easy self-check-in process. Great location in a safe neighbourhood just a few minutes walk from tram/metro routes into The Hague or to Rotterdam. Very convenient to have a washing machine, especially when visiting as part of a longer trip.

The tram/metro line is very close (this is also a positive, of course!) and the services are quite frequent, so if you are sensitive to noise it may not be the best for you.

The location is located next to a bridge where the metro goes every 5 minutes. The whole building shakes when the metro goes by or a truck drives by. We didn't sleep for 3 nights and from management of the location we got really a bad answer to our complaints.

The room is very clean and the design is modern, which is very beautiful. It has everything you need, from cooking things like pans and cutlery, to washing machine. Since parking in The Hague is insanely expensive, I am so glad that I can park my car in the surrounding streets for free and walk 5 minutes to a tram stop which takes me to city centre The Hague.

It was a very hot few days when I stayed there. There were just two small windows that we could open. I wish they had better ways for us to cool down the room. Other than that, the apartment was AMAZING!

A great location in a quiet neighborhood, good price, and a lovely patio made it great!

Going two weeks without a linen change was a stretch, and the beds and towels weren’t super comfortable.

there could be more storage space and bedside tables, doors in the corridor and to the apartment are really heavy which makes moving in and out with luggage in hands a little bit difficult

easy access, easy parking , close to the city center . We liked the beautiful apartment with equipment, kitchen, the bed was comfortable . lovely small terrace in front of the river.

sometimes you can hear rumor from the close train station and the road outside.

The location is i the middle of noware without a supermarket accesible by foot. Nothing around the area. The apartment was very warm and noisy all night. The tram goes very often near by and the walls are very thin so I could h2ar my neighbours

Location was OKish, clean, available parking.

Loud noises all through the night from doors in the hallway, the sofa in the room was not made to open and allow an adult sleep in it (except if a very small person) and we paid for a room to accommodate 3 adults. Bathroom air extractor not working... Not the best experience. It was OK at best. Not the kind of place I would remember to book again when coming back in the area.

Easy to find, near to the tram and metro station so very easy and fast access to Den Haag and Delft. Comfortabel, spacious, nicely decorated. Everything you need is there. Excellent price-quality.

Despite guests respecting eachother, the hallway is very noisy, but was not affected by other guests once they where in their apartment. As the apt is so close to the tram and metro, the downside is that you hear the tram inside the apt. So I was happy with earplugs for the night. For me the bed was a little too soft, but that's personal.

It's was a great place near from public transport

The space for parking is too small and I would like to have more help with the personal present in the place than only the option by online help. I would like to be inform if my room is uptairs or downstairs the need time because, fourtanelly this time was downstairs...

the shower was amazing and the beds were super comfortable.

The property is very well kept and due to the self-service check-in/check-out and engagement options it creates lots of independence for the guest.

On site parking is limited to smaller vehicles only.

Dont be fooled by looks, place is not worth at all!!!!!First half of stay was good but for 2nd we were put in horrible room with ventilator on constantly. No toiletries or toilet paper and even though requested,only one blanket for two kids. folded bedlinen - do it yourself approach. When we called hotel they said that only two should sleep in (eventhough it was agreed by the property and paid extra for 2 small kids 4 and 6). Horrible, room was very cold (in previous room two blankets possible, in this one it was problem). I think they just put us in wrong room and were very nasty about it. We didnt stay the second night booked. We think this property is no customer oriented at all and they are very arogant and simply nasty. We paid for kids as they requested and tourist tax, then providing blanket and apology should be standart. Cecile was super arogant.
