property was large clean and comfortable just what you need when working a way from home.

parking can be a bit of a struggle but you are close to the centre

close to where I work , warm and a good tv

cooker needs a good clean and the WiFi isn’t the best could do with some better pillows too

House is lovely really clean and very modern would reccomend to anyone great place to stay and staff where quick to answer any questions we had .

Easy to walk into the centre of Colchester. Good location. Very friendly & helpful staff. Fast response to questions and helpful custimer service. Good size garden. Good price for a family stay when you are being careful with your budget :) Great pub nearby to spend Easter Sunday evening "The Artillery Man"

Helpful to bring your own towels (only small ones provided) and tea towel if you plan to use the kitchen. But overall a good place to stay, we were comfortable there. Thank you

The entire house was very clean, all the facilities were working properly.
