Nothing, I only have regret about staying here

When we arrived we got checked in to a room that did not lock, shower was not working, there was water under the bed and the music was too loud. I stated that I want to change rooms and the personnel insisted that the music will stop not even taking into consideration the real reasons for the change. We got a different room after a half an hour of insisting, but it was worse. This one locked but did not felt safe to leave anything of value in the room. It s a good place if you are afraid of the dark because the lights never go completely off, and they are over your head so you sleep in the spotlight like a star. If you are ever lonely, you just have to look around the room, you can find cockroaches as big as a cat :)). No need for smoking, the walls are pealing off so that will affect your lungs more than the tobacco. Safety comes first that's why you should never stay alone because the toilet door can only be open from the outside. If you close it, you are trapped. No water pressure and everything falls off, shower head, the on off valve for the water, it's like a game of Legos.The personnel is rude and do not even provide toilet paper. Gala we missed breakfast because that would have been a full day on the toilet. Staff is very rude and condescending. Would not recommend this hotel not even as a roach motel.

Everything from the room tell the whole hotel , swimming pool is dirty , bathroom door lock is damaged, hotel totally terrible, no shower , no shampoo , and the towels are scientific fiction to them ,,, I can't stand with staying here ,,, there's a war in each meal in the buffet,,, the food is trash, who's makes the food R not cheefs. , far away from being that ,, the pool is full of sea sands ,, no cleaning or any sort of thiss Even thier beach , they bring us a governmental microbus at 10 AM one time then get us back like 2 pm , beach is totally disaster u feel like u R in a lake The hotel applies the example of " من برا هله هله ومن جوا يعلم الله "

It's a nice local hotel with a nice garden and swimming pool.

No towel in my room, no toilet paper. Unexpected visitor in my room opening my terrace door. No beer at the bar, only after long waiting

Cleaning - staff - wasted food on the dinner 2 times - old and damaged chairs and beds and refrigerator rusty - bill man damaged my suitcase - the room facility isn't correct and its booking.com mastic as the receptionist stated - also not refunding me for the wasted meals and the customer service replayed on my complane to tray to find a solution withe the hotel workers as thay can't do any thing if so than way i booked during you ? Also the food finished after waiting outside the restaurant for 1 hour till we find an empty table to start dining and you need to get there fast as there is no reservations for the tables and the waiting are so meny The pool water hasn't changed or refiltered for at least 2 weeks They are just bot on it more chlorine to tray avoiding eny castomer elnes of derty pool water That hotel shouldn't be working at all

Nothing at all , in fact it was the worst experience I have ever had to the extent tat I only stayed for 1night only and left the following day Food was bad and smells bad that I didn't eat it to avoid getting sick When I tried to contact booking they reverted to the property and the property lied to booking and said that they tried to compensate me but this never happened totally liars

Everything , pool is not clean , bathroom has a very bad smell , furniture is not clean and old and in a very bad condition , you have to peg for towels or complain many times

Food ran out at breakfast and staff were being awkward about making any extra boied eggs and very petty. They finally agreed but no need for drama over an egg , considering there wasn't much to ear at breakfast as it was mostly gone. I arrived at 4 pm and was kept waiting for almost 2 hours...!

I loved the hotel. They exceeded my expectations. The staff in the hotel is amazing. They would bring you the sky to the Earth, if they could....They really tried to fulfill all the wishes I expressed- HIGHLY RECOMMENDED HOTEL! Beds very comfortable-, swimming pool and special luxurious sofas- beautiful.
