Beautjful, tranquil serene establishment. The facilities were clean and comfortable. Everything you need for a luxuary weekend away.

The communication between the host. We had no warning of the torretial storm that hit Manghwai. We were enroute and no one bothered tp inform us that it was unsafe to travel up north. We ended up been stranded between 2 roads which were floaded and inaccessable. There we were left terrified and destitute. A passerby assisted us and took us in to her home for the evening as we had no where to go. We called and emailed the establishment but to no avail. No one answered. We could not access the proprty on Friday night and during Saturday we were able to check in. The whole experience was terrifying and caused major anxiety. Not what we had in mind when we booked The Pod at The Ridge. We have requested a refund or a complimentary booking in lieu of the trauma. Hopefully the establishment will do the hnourable thing. We could not nake use of the facilities as roads were washed away, TV was not working, outdoor furniture drenched.

No Long mirror or second large mirror and vanity as two people getting ready for a wedding.

We wanted a base to play some golf and explore the region over the long weekend. This spot was perfect.

We absolutely loved our stay at The Ridge! The property was easy to find but also nestled in the hills with plenty of privacy and gorgeous views. The decor was modern, simple and clean. We loved the cozy feel and felt right at home. The property also had everything you could need for a comfortable stay.

Gorgeous view, extremely comfortable. Couldn't want for more. The lack of an oven/hob isn't too much of an issue when you've got a bbq. Can still use the bbq in the rain with the massive umbrella. Beds are super comfortable, carpets are like new, air conditioning works great, and the chrome cast on the TV was perfect for a sleepy night in. Just a very comfortable stay.

Nothing I can think of that I didn't like. Was perfect for a 3 day Christmas retreat. Only trouble we had was with the shower door. Looks like it was put on the wrong way so that it would open inwards to avoid hitting the toilet. This meant the seal was on the wrong side and water would leak out over the floor quite considerably.

Well appointed with quality products. Very relaxing environment.
