Excellent Location

The location in town was wonderful and we were able to walk to beaches, the plaza, restaurants and nightlife.

Upon arrival the gate code did not work and we could not get in. Though the location was convenient, it is excessively noisy with major construction of a new building next door and an exceptionally loud karaoke bar across the street. The condo is sparsely supplied, specifically no dish towels or dish soap, 1 roll of toilet paper and a half roll of paper towels, no trash liners. There is no cable nor internet services provided. We had significant plumbing issues from within our condo for the first 4 days which caused flooding twice. Our first night we stayed awake and mopped up water for hours. The flooding affected neighboring condominiums, resulting in a visit from the building manager, the affected neighbors and several trades people throughout our stay. It caused great stress and commotion. The first 4 days we took cold showers. Some repairs were unresolved.

location ideal right next to town, ocean view, cross street and your on the beach.

no wifi, got bored at night watching static tv, needs furniture update.

Location on the beach was wonderful. Also walking distance to downtown for dinner and coffee in the morning. There was Zumba at the park in the mornings! The balcony view of the water is wonderful.

No internet. Very limited supplies, there was only one half role of toilet paper when we arrived.
