The hotel has a certain charm -- far more than most establishments these days. Big, comfortable room giving onto a quiet street. Good breakfast with plenty of choice. Friendly staff. Close to station and to tramlines into town. My stay was an emergency arrangement, having had a flight cancelled at Euro Airport, so I couldn't relax for long and enjoy the facilities, but I'd be happy to stay longer at this hotel.

I walked from the station and found the map provided by Booking.com rather less than helpful, so that it took me rather longer to locate than I'd have wished, at a time when I was tired. Otherwise no complaints.

We checked multiple times in advance that they served vegetarian options, but on arrival the only option was “salad” - very disappointing, we ordered a takeaway

We were travelling by bicycle in late April and arrived tired and cold.The staff were so friendly and helpful and there is a safe room to put our bicycles. I am gluten intolerant and they went to the trouble of specially catering for me at dinner both nights we were there, delicious , as was the non gf options. The hotel is right on the edge of the old town and close to the train station. The rooms are modern and breakfast was great as well.

It is a very nice recently renovated old early 20th century building we got moved to new room very swiftly as original room was smelling bad. staff was very helpful.

The staff was wonderful, very helpful. They assisted us with our needs and requests during the whole stay. The hotel has great family atmosphere and the rooms are really nice and clean with comfortable beds. Great location as well, near the centre and very close to the train station. The street where the hotel is situated is peaceful and quiet.

The Rooms where perfect clean, the staff and owner of the Hotel where so nice and always helping, the food tasty and a lot so all in all perfect!

We only stayed for a night but enjoyed our stay. Since we were traveling through by train the locations was great. The breakfast was amazing and the guy preparing the breakfast was super kind and helpful.

We had two rooms, a smaller and a larger. During our stay it was cold weather and in the large room it was extremly cold although the heater was on. The bathroom floors were freezing in both rooms.

The room was very good. The TV had Netflix to sing in your account. It was perfect.

The rooms are nicely decorated, the staff is super friendly and the breakfast is exceptional.

Room and bathroom are small but understandable. I would also recommend having some handtwoels for guests.

The staff is super nice, hotel is also nice, location is great - 2 min away from Central station and 5 minutes away from the city centre. Air conditioning/heating is great.

Rooms are super small. The bathroom does not have a proper door, but a semi glass one that cannot be closed completely, which is unconvenient when travelling with another person. Also the apartment was clean, but it could be cleaner (there were some parts we had to clean manually).

Very friendly staff, clean and comfortable rooms, good breakfast. We stayed here on our way from Italy to Belgium and we’re very happy we chose Berti Hotel. Would recommend!
