I used the caravan as a base as I was out every day.. I came to help look after my nephew. The caravan was, very clean and everything you needed.

I'm pleased I came at the end of the school holidays as ai could see the parking was a bit of a mare. I was lucky I did get parked each day in the same place.

Caravan was modern and very clean. Communication with host was great. Situated a very short walk to main entertainment building. Games provided in caravan was lovely touch. Would definitly stay again. Thank you

Parkdean entertainment is like 60 to 70 % recommended. Parkdean arcade is small. But overall this is private owner caravan which is about perfect quality of caravan is amazing. Parkdean membership - to be fair no need to buy it. They not sercuity or staff asking fir membership id.

We stayed for 2 nights as a family with our children aged 6 and 4. We loved everything about it. The caravan is gorgeous - super clean and had everything we needed plus more! The decor is beautiful with so many homely touches, you can tell the owners take pride in it. We loved the site too, it felt very chilled out and relaxing. Great pub/restaurant with a happy hour from 4-6, fun kids park, pool, ice cream parlour and a very reasonably priced convenience shop on-site. Whitley Bay, Tynemouth and all the beautiful beaches are just on the doorstep so it was the perfect location too. Thank you for a wonderful, relaxing break - just what we needed and we will definitely return. 10/10

The only thing we didn't like was having to come home! Nothing at all to fault.

We’ve stayed in some places on booking.com and This was home from home experience, extremely clean and tidy, warm and inviting, highly recommended, everything we needed .. high example of booking.com .. welcome booklet was a lovely touch which included local amenities.. thank you for a lovely stay .. we will definitely be back but can see this being snapped up quick each month .. perfect 🤩
