Perfect for a big family get together. Lots of space for everyone to spread out. And the area provided activities for all ages. The chalet was well equipped and use of sled was a bonus,

very well appointed with everything needed. spacious and airy with lots and lots of natural light and great views of the surrounding mountains

not so much didn’t like and didn’t detract from our stay but will just be really nice when all the little finishing bits will be completed.

The location was suitable to get to ski areas easily with bus in Chamonix and Les Houches.

At first, we were under the impression from the information we got that each room has its own bathroom. Overall, there were 7 rooms that could accommodate 14 people but only 4 toilets. We travel as large group every year and many of our members are slsenior people who want to enjoy and relax. I was told the rooms have ensuit bathrooms, but we were supervised that only 4 toilets were in the chalet. 1 on the ground floor, 2 on the 1st and 1 on the second floor. None were in a dedicated room. Imagine travelling with such a group and having limited toilets. This has caused a lot of frustration to the group members. In addition a couple of rooms lack clostes to have our clothes on. The rooms on the 2nd floor had their luggage spread in the sitting area, which in this case made the sitting area our luggage room. The bathroom on the 2nd floor the sink was clogged, and we had to fix it ourselves. Overall, we were frustrated and surprised when checked in, but we couldn't look for other options on the spot, had we known the setup of the chalet to be as is we would have certainly not chosen it.
