La ora 19 cand am ajuns pt self-checkin cheia nu era in key box, usa la camera deschisa si camera nepregatita dupa turistii care plecasera. Cine trebuia sa pregateasca camera, nu era de gasit. Ni s-a oferit sa vina cineva in 40 min care sa se apuce sa faca curatenie. Bucataria vraiste. Rusine maxima pt proprietar, avand in vedere ca eram cu 3 copii obositi care de abia asteptau sa se puna la culcare.

Bed and shower/toilet was there, but it was dirty and not very nice. The location was quite far away from airport, so the name does not match the location. Taxi was £35 and £55. Pick something else.

Nice area and fairly clean rooms.

There was no hot water in the shower or the taps so nobody could have a wash. Coffee and tea was available but no kettle or cups to make one. There was no curtain over the window in the bathroom and my kids couldn't use the toilet because people were looking at us from outside next to the green swampy pool.

Closeness to the airport

1. The location given does not led to the house, we were walking around till a driver helped us. 2. The bathroom is really messy and dirty, there is no toilet paper, rubbish bins, nor hand wash. 3. There are other people living in the house and the noise/smell is not pleasant.

Nothing, it was a discrace

There wasn't enough beds available for our family, the bed was broken and it collapsed on my child injuring my husbands food, there were bugs all in the beds and we were all bitten. The house is full of young groups if males ans females, drinking partying that live in the house, there are lodges in the back garden that are full of youngsters partying. The kitchen and bathrooms were filthy, they have dogs that roam around the house and thyley came into our room , the bathroom has no privacy as the shower is all glass and the window is Privacy glass but you can still see outside when someone is in the shower so we had to use a towel and hang it up at the window. There was no hot water so we had to have a shower cold and my children couldn't have one as that's just terrible. The outside areas are dull of pull packets empty bottles of alcohol and rubbish just shattered, shouldn't even be allowed to be used as guest rooms, the house stinks of dampness and the smell sticks to you. Didn't feel safe here at all....m

The property was filthy the bathroom was not cleaned, there was no curtain in the bathroom so people outside could see.

The automated gate was about the only enjoyable aspect of this property.

Where do I begin?! I received a vague message hours before we set off saying someone had tried to contact us (didn’t happen) as we couldn’t stay in our room for some reason to do with maintenance (?) so we would be moved to a ‘glamping tent’ for the night instead. Not ideal when you are up very early for a flight and you want close, simple amenities. Not a smelly portaloo with no hand washing facilities or even sanitizer, a communal dirty shower in a small tin shed, a damp insect filled tent and the sound of planes flying very close over head at a deafening volume every 2 minutes throughout the night. We were initially not too upset about the change from room to glamping tent as we are open minded and thought it would be fun but being a few minutes drive from a busy airport and sleeping outside are two very incompatible things and I’m not sure why the owners ever thought this was a good idea. We initially paid £60 for a basic room which felt fair and we didn’t have to pay any extra for the tent, thank god. Had I paid the £150 glamping charge and been presented with what we got I would have been appalled. This time around it was more comical than anything else. We didn’t come into contact with a single member of staff and only one other poor guest who seemed equally fed up and confused. Not as confused as another person that tried to get into our tent at 3am!!! When 4am rolled around and we could hightail outta there it felt like sweet release even if we were KNACKERED! local pub very unfriendly and stand-off ish too. Weird place!!

The room was awful, but the people who LIVE there where worse. Honestly, we booked this room with our children for one night to stay near the airport for holiday, property isn’t anything like the photos to be able to sleep, so we didn’t have to travel through the night. The facilities were disgusting, pubic hair in the shared bathroom, no blinds in the bathroom therefore everyone could see you shower. The people who live there were up all night, loud and banging, cooking at 1am. The kids couldn’t sleep nor could we as it was that loud. People outside all night, when we left there were still people up and awake. It felt really dodgy and unsafe (was a bit worried about the car in all honesty). I asked the people in the property to quieten down at around 11 as the kids couldn’t sleep. May have got around 30 mins sleep in total. No mirror or bin in the room. Honestly a bit disappointed with booking.com for having this on here. I will be putting in a formal complaint to booking.com. I don’t think I have ever stayed anywhere as bad as this. Shocking place - spend the extra money getting a decent place. Walls were paper thin. Felt very unsafe, did nearly leave but then had to leave early to get to the airport. There was bottles and rubbish all outside the property. There was no complimentary tea or coffee. Didn’t even enter the kitchen area. The place is under a flight path with flights going over every 15 mins, really noisy but preferred this noice to the people that live at the property. Strongly strongly avoid this place. (I never write reviews mostly because I can’t be bothered, but if this review stops people booking this place then I will be glad).

The address and the photo of the property provided on booking.com is wrong. This seems like a scam of some sort. I got to the adddress on booking.com and it was someone else's house after paying in full.

Proximity with airport. Clean bedding.

Dirty, lots of rubbish on the kitchen, (mountain of rubbish) I had booked for 6 people there was space for only five, we had to share a double bed for three people. Smell of damp. Loads of clothes on maiden and everywhere else.

the property was dirty, there were people staying there in transit that were not friendly and up all night fighting, drinking and banging. it’s like a half way house for migrants or something of the sort. bathroom was disgusting kitchen was a mess, door lock box didn’t work properly. my wife and kids felt unsafe we left as soon as we could. I would not recommend staying here at all.

It was near to the airport

Virtually everything : one of the beds was in very poor condition, the shared bathroom was disgusting and had no toilet paper, but worst of all was that the house was owned by several friends who clearly don’t think of the guests’ stay: they were making loads of noise until 2am, and after that they were still running up and down the stairs noisily. It was the worst night sleep we ever had

Beds were reasonably comfortable. Easy to find and close to Stansted Airport. Parking worked fine.

Bed sheets were stained and had holes in them. Worst of all was the lack of a curtain in the bathroom or frosted windows (room 5). How on earth are you supposed to have use a toilet or shower when people outside are watching you through the window? Massive oversight. We had to suspend extra bedding over the bathroom window... ridiculous!

Nice bathroom overall. I was happy my room had its own. The doors seemed to offer some noise cancellation as well.

Not only it took ages for my taxi driver and I to find the property, but when I got in the room didn't meet my expectations. I booked a double room which turned out to have 3 singles and 1 double bed, only one of which had bedding supplied and a bathroom towel which was dirty. The place looked like no one maintains it. The carpet was also in need of hover. Shower cabin faced the window. No curtain supplied. Very disappointing.

Close to the airport. The manager was friendly and helpful.

No blinds on windows where we were sleeping or in the bathroom, which overlooked a communal area.

There is a shuttle service offered to and from the airport, which we were super thankful for as the airport is over an hours walk away.

The entire place was VERY dirty. The kitchen is disgusting and the bathroom didn’t have a garbage so other guests were leaving garbage all over. It was very gross. The driver had no idea who we were when he picked us up, I was very nervous getting into his car. He didn’t even know my name or the number that he was supposed to be calling us with. Very poor communication on their part.

The only thing we liked about the location was how close it was to the Stansted Airport.

Granted we got into the room in the middle of the night, but it wasn’t the easiest to find. The room’s floor was wet from whoever had been in the room before us. They apparently had showered and not dried off well. The shared bathroom was dirty and the kitchen was dirty as well.

Front door and Entrance hall very unkempt, Musty smell in room , hair on carpet , en suite ( no blind) looking down on 2(occupied) mobile homes in garden , loud airplanes flying overhead regularly

Close to the Stansted airport and clean room. Option of getting lift by the owner to the airport

Both addresses were wrong! Hard to find, neighbors had to tell me where to go and even they were upset as this happens all the time! Bus from the closest station goes only once an hour. It can be complicated toget to the airport even it was so close. Better to get the lift by the owners. People in the house were pretty noisy till late hours and started making a lot of noises around 4 in the morning! It sounded like they were destroying the house! We all woken up. My bed was in VERY bad condition and so the mattress. The bed was extremely broken and with every move it almons fell apart.
