We had no body wash, it was empty but didn’t realise until was in the shower at 3.30am! Pillow cases on pillows from top of the wardrobe were marked. AC was affective but sounded like a generator!! Staff efficient but to the detriment of a welcome. No hello, how are you?… just next please , yes put your car registration in here, this is your key, round there, upstairs. Elevator was not clean; used the stairs during our stay.

Friendly and helpful staff. Convenient and pleasant location Had to change date due to sudden family bereavement. This was done in a very caring way by the lady on the phone. A pleasure to deal with.

It’s was convenient for the airport Staff were helpful and friendly

The room next to us were very loud and after asking the reception to ask them to stop the noise they were louder again, after complaining again they got even louder. After asking to move rooms the very helpful Josephine told them they’d call the police to move them out if they didn’t behave. This did the trick and they stopped. But I was very angry at how disrespectful the guests next door were to us and couldn’t sleep from being so stupid upset from 3 hours of noise bombardement. I found the bed extremely soft with no support at this stage. Maybe without the 3 previous hours of disruption, I would’ve fallen asleep and found the bed comfortable, but this sadly will remain a mystery.

Air conditioning too noisy so didn’t sleep well at all, food on floor In restaurant which we saw at dinner time was still there when we went downstairs the next day!

The bed was comfy, and we had access to wifi. And there were condiments there.

A working sink would have been great, and also maybe more than 1 towel

Black mould on the ceiling in the shower room as well as grouting on the tiles rusty plug on the shower tray and hair found on the tray, didn’t use it because of this. linen the duvet cover was ripped

The room I was initially allocated hadn’t been cleaned properly, so I asked for a different room at reception. a member of staff went and checked a different room to see if it was ok. He deemed it was ok on his return . The new room was cleaner than the 1st room, but was far from what I would call adequate, but I didn’t complain again as I accepted that all the rooms must be similar.
