Location excellent. Lovely, stylish and extremely clean hotel. The comfiest bed and best shower (junior suite). Reception staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast was adequate. Loved our stay

La ubicación del hotel es ideal para quien llega a la ciudad en tren, ya que está muy cerca de la estación. Está a una corta distancia caminando de todos los sitios turísticos. El hotel es pequeño y simple, pero limpio y con las comodidades que se pueden esperar de un alojamiento de su categoría. El personal fue muy amable y servicial.

El desayuno lamentablemente nos pareció demasiado caro (18 euros por persona), pero no es nada raro en Francia. De cualquier manera siempre conviene desayunar fuera del hotel.

Everything was really great I would stay again.

The only thing I didn’t like was the room service dinner. It was probably the worst I’ve had in a hotel. Despite that, amazing hotel experience.

Perfect location, the room is new, big and clean. It has a lift which I don't need to walk up fortunately.

It is next to the main street, quite noisy at night due to the peak travel season in July

During the shower, the hot water stopped. We called the reception and they said they would call tech support. After a while, the receptionist came to our room trying to solve the problem without technical knowledge. We waited almost an hour, to receive a phone call from reception saying that the hotel needed to restart the water supply system due to a bug and we need to wait another half hour to have hot water - after this episode no one from the hotel tried to apologize or talk to us about it.

friendly and helpful staff, the place had the latest security mesures and the air conditioning was perfect after a hot summer day. the place is located across the tourist office where most of the tours leave. they suggested two fantastic restaurants , that we had to go twice .

location was challenging for our group, we had to many people and too much luggage. The hotel is under remodel/construction, so the services are not all complete. The elevators are new but very small, and it required two different ones to get to our room.

No sound proofing. pound noises from the street all night long. Drunks yelling and fighting until 5 am, vehicles, you could hear everything. Could even hear the phone wake up alarm in the room next door. photos misrepresented the bar area. It doubles as reception and I never saw a single person in there Photos of rooms definitely make it look better than it is, we had the junior suite, and my daughter slept on the sofa bed which was very hard.

I loved the location of this hotel! It was within walking distance of everything in Avignon. The bed was very comfortable with ample pillows. The staff was friendly and accommodating and the breakfast buffet was delicious. I would definitely stay again!

The breakfast was very good with generous portions of everything. I really liked the coffee. The room was spacious and comfortable.

Be given you a room less than you booked and we’re going to be charged for it until complaining. Despite the reply from the hotel which provides no opportunity to respond to, I did complain for 2 hours on my arrival, to the extent the hotel cancelled by booking and I started looking for alternative Accom, nothing was available and hence I stayed. Maybe the hotel should get their staff to inform them when clients complain and they cancel their booking!

The hotel was recently renovated and is beautiful! Our room was lovely and very clean!

No not in every room, our bedroom, which was very large had a separate toilet from the rest of the bathroom. The bathroom was very large so a toilet could have easily fit in there. It was a bit cumbersome to walk from one to the other to wash one's hands.

A beautifully designed hotel, with an amazing location and good facilities. The most important for me was the bed and it I did not disappoint. A a very comfortable bed with very nice linen.
