We had a great stay, the condo was well equipped and comfortable. We would definitely stay here again..

Just got back from absolutely lovely weekend in Pagosa Springs! We found this gem of a house in a lovely area that is close to everything. Our place was clean, nicely decorated and the host paid attention to all the details... it is well stocked with everything you would need. We enjoyed playing putt putt golf and sand volleyball with our teenage sons and hiking nearby at turkey Springs. Truly perfect weekend!

This condo has nice appliances and upgrades and was a quick drive from the downtown area and hot springs. The biggest drawback is cleanliness, while it wasn’t overly dirty, there were crumbs and dust on the tables as well as hair in the shower. The silverware also had a faint scent of other food, which was a little gross. The bed (the one we chose) could also use a more comfortable mattress. Otherwise, it was a great place for the price for us and our dog to see Pagosa Springs for the first time.

We had a great time and knowing that we had a comfortable and safe place to come back to you after a long day was wonderful. The condo was very clean, well supplied in all areas, welcoming, and a perfect location to everything in town. We would definitely stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. Every amenity was available; it's very roomy, user friendly, plenty of places to park, a good location, tons of spices, coffee, sauces, cooking aids available. Just a perfect place.

We were really impressed with the size and amenities here. Better than the photos! Would imagine it’s great for families, but for 2 with dogs, it was a feeling like home. Will be sure and keep on the list for future visits!

We drove 10 hours to come into our VRBO rental property with people already staying there....you guys double booked our paid rental....after being on hold for over 2 and a half hours with you....you blamed the propery owner and said u couldnt help us....we had to sleep in our truck for our holiday weekend....it was the worst experience of our lives....horrible experience...

We had our small company retreat (7) at this location and were very impressed and happy with how comfortable it was.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay here. The condo was clean and roomy enough for all 5 of us. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook our meals and extra spices and condiments if we needed them. The living area was comfortable and cozy for relaxing after skiing all day. The fireplace wasn't working -- it would have been nice to have, but didn't take away from our experience. The beds were super comfortable. Other reviews mention there not being enough hot water for showers but we only experienced that the first night. After that we adjusted the amount of water coming out of the shower head and we didn't have an issue after that. The condo is close to the grocery store and other shops and restaurants. Great condo in a great location. We would stay here again.

This property is a few miles down the road from the downtown area in Pagosa Springs but not a bad drive at all. It was very roomy, clean, and stocked with everything we needed. One of the best VRBO properties I’ve stayed in.

This was a very nice, clean and centrally located condo! We are very pleased with our stay.

The location was great. The fireplace didn't work and the blinds in the living room were broke. Not much hot water after one shower. I took a shower after my husband and less than half way through the shower there was no more hot water.
