very cute place, nice backyard + BBQ
a few things that could be fixed: mold on shower curtain in master bedroom, downstairs AC had nonfunctioning temperature lower button, AC filter upstairs needed cleaning, 4 bathroom adult size towels plus one very small one (increase the number of newer towels).
host never replied to email but was ultimately responsive after a few texts and calls

Great location. Good A/C, had beach chairs and beach parking permit which was nice. Kitchen overall was well stocked Needed more/new towels, dishcloths and washcloths.

Nice place, we really enjoyed our stay. Great location, well maintained and owner was easy to communicate with. The only thing that was wrong is that the grill didn't have propane and was very dirty. With that said we would stay there again.

With the exception of a glitch with the internet, our stay was great. The house is within walking distance of the shops and restaurants

House is good but needs to be cleaned better. A deep clean needs to happen. There were few towels and some smelled like mildew. No towels for guest bathroom. No detergent to run dishwasher. There was no working exterior light where the entrance door was. There was only one water glass in the kitchen. Needs many more. The exterior picture was taken several years ago as the vegetation is very over grown.

Water on floor from air conditioner. Huge stain in upstairs master bath. Dead flying ants in downstairs bedroom. Spider found in sheets in downstairs bedroom on 2nd night.

Home was inviting and very clean. Easy check in. We had an issue with the internet/modem and owner was super quick to respond. Great neighborhood and close to everything. A lot of great extras: coffee, sugar, soaps, shampoos, spices, bikes, games, extra pillows/blankets, laundry, etc. Kitchen very functional for our needs. Nice open concept. Loved it. Hoping to make this our annual “spot”. Thank you for sharing your home.

Close to everything. Large house. Very clean. A lot of added special touches: coffee, spices, soaps, shampoo, bikes, games etc. Fast response from owner when internet modem broke and company came to fix. Can’t wait to rent again! We loved it so much.

My wife and kids booked this property as we wanted to be near the beach. The photos don’t do it justice on how tranquil and beautiful this lovingly cared for property is.
The attention to detail and cleanliness really impressed us. Our kids usually complain about the places we stay but all they’ve done is ask when we are going back? They asked if we could move there!
Fantastic spot and it exceeded all of our expectations. Definitely coming back!!

Charming Home close to the beach
This was the perfect location for a getaway with our friends and young children. The porch was a great spot to land after a long day at the beach (and putting the kids to bed)for some board games and catching up. JFK and Kulmus beaches are a short walk away, and the perfect spot to get some R&R. Plenty of restaurants with outdoor seating within walking distance of the property as well. Whale watch in Hyannis was great! The owner of the property, Erica, was easy to reach and very accommodating. Thanks again for extending your home to us. We had a great time!

House was beautiful and just what we were looking for. We are a younger crowd, house was very conveniently located next downtown (bars and restaurants) and beach was right there. Highly recommended, Erica was great to work with, overall awesome experience.

Great Home
We had such a nice time in this home. All the amenities and perfect location to walk to the beach and walk to town! Great neighborhood. The host was very responsive and wanted to make sure she was available for any issues we might experience. Definitely would stay again.

Our Hyannis Trip
Great property to use if you plan on visiting Cape Cod. the ferry to Nantucket and Martha's Vineyard are a 5 minute walk and Veteran's Park, the closest beach, is a 13 minute walk. Good amenities in the house especially the back porch where we spent all of our time! Overall a great stay!

Perfect holiday retreat
Can’t say enough great things about our time in this home. It was absolutely perfect for me and my family. Very spacious with great amenities. Plenty of room to spread out while still being cozy. We loved the location and enjoyed walking around the marina and neighborhood. Loved seeing all of the Christmas lights and even got a little snow (very exciting for Floridians). Can’t wait to come back in September to get the chance to use the bikes and beach chairs and spend more time in the sunroom. Erica was fantastic and quick to respond. Five stars for everything, a truly outstanding vacation rental.

Great stay
We had a family of four stay the weekend for a wedding in the area. Great location to walk around the harbor area. We didn't have time to go to beaches since the wedding had multiple events through the weekend, but they are not too far. The house was roomy and was perfect for what we needed.

Fine for a few days
The property is exactly as listed and in a great location. It was clean. The house is a bit dark and the backyard had some fallen trees, but the three season porch was as presented and the house had all the immendities needed, except a frying pan.

Perfect Cape Cod Experience
The house is clean, newly renovated, spacious, and has everything you will need to have a fun, stress-free Cape Cod vacation. The host is extremely responsive and accommodating. She had emailed us prior to our trip with recommendations on which restaurants to go to, what sites to see, etc. It was a short walk to many restaurants on main street and the ferry. It is walkable to the beach as well, which made it very convenient. Will definitely rent here again!

Almost great
We enjoyed the house except that there was no outdoor space to sit. We had to sit on the stoop to be outside. The screen doors on the on the enclosed porch fell off and the blinds didn’t work. There were lots of dead moths under several of the beds. When we arrived the garbage outside was over flowing and it took 2 days to get removed. I’m sorry to say that we won’t be returning to this house.

Awesome spot
We had the best weekend at Erica’s place! The house is conveniently located, about a 5-10 min walk to Main Street where we enjoyed lots of restaurants and shopping. The interior is very cute and spacious and was perfect for all of our needs. Would definitely return!
