We stayed at this location before (different unit). Lots to do in the area and plenty of restaurants in walking distance. My only complaint is the missing screen door on the slider. It would be nice on a clear day to have fresh air into the unit.

Our stay at Caprice was very nice. The pool and beach were right outside our window. Super friendly staff. Within walking distance to many fun restaurants. Our unit was cute. furniture too big for a small space. Kitchen needs more dishes and cutlery. Lighting issues/dimmers needed! Carpets need to be cleaned.

Needs some TLC. Paint chipping, the screens are bad on doors. The front coming apart at the bottom. No shelf in master shower. That said nice location. Close to beach and good restaurants

It was a perfect location and had everything Needed. Great time! The one suggestion I have is to get owner/someone to fix the second bedroom screen on the sliding door. Many holes and looks 😝.

Location was great! Room was delightful and met all our expectations. Check in was ridiculous in that one had to go to a different location to get the code to enter the room, and keys to move around property (mostly useless). This added extra cost for transportation, for us with no car. And, there was not hot tub to speak of, though I asked and reassured a couple of times.

The condo was perfect for our family of 4. We had a bit of a chilly weekend but the heater on the pool was perfect. Quick access to the beach made it easy to come warm up and go right back out to build sand castles. Lots of good food choices very close by!

The location is perfect if you’re looking for something close to the beach. Easy access in walking distance to food and sandy beach.

Cute place with fun decor. Love the plank floors, the beachy blue tile walls in the kitchen and bathrooms, and the festive pebble master shower floor. Unfortunately, you’ll get wet turning on the master shower water, there’s no shelf for shampoo and such, and the doors don’t actually line up to close. The building is beachfront, but the unit is not. The balcony looks off to the side, and it’s oddly accessible from the second bedroom and living room, not the master. Have to inconveniently drive to the rental office (6 minutes away) to pick up and return property keys. Keys aren’t necessary for the room, just the pool and outer doors that lock at 10pm. We didn’t use them until the last day when the overpass to the beach closed for construction and we needed to use the gate by the pool. Thermostat control kept changing, appearing to be controlled by an outside source. Note from my daughter, there’s not one full length mirror to be found.

The place was very nice and we a great time

The unit was nice and the description is true. They give you the bare minimums. The kitchen is limited. 4 bowls, plates, glasses. No Tupperware. You are next to the entrance of the public beach so you hear everyone coming and going on the boardwalk which is right by your balcony. The patio furniture needs be updated. It would be nice if the unit could leave beach chairs and towels. Beds were comfy. You could walk but most places were about 1 mile away so we drove. This unit doesn’t give you any extras. The unit doesn’t have smart TV’s. Overall it was okay, nice but just okay.

Great place, beautiful BUT the sofa sleeper is completely broken. If you can’t repair it, then it should be removed from the description.

We had an amazing stay here. The apartment felt roomier that I anticipated based on the pics. Super laid back vibe from all the other guests. Everyone shared toys with the kids and were very welcoming. Many seemed like they come back annually.

We loved the location, however booking through VRBO made it somewhat difficult, as we had to actually go to a different location to check in. We needed all of the sleeping spaces and unfortunately the trundle part of the bed was very dirty. Overall, can’t complain but could have been cleaner.

Updated, clean and airy condo right on st Pete beach! Perfect!!

Very nice condo in a great location! Close to the Paradise Grill which was very convenient for breakfast, lunch, and dinner and the food is great there! Right on the beach which was a plus as well! Make sure you bring beach towels as they are not provided.

Loved this place that is in a perfect location for restaurants and bars. The condo was nicely decorared and was clean. Would definitely love to stay here again

Our family made a road trip to St. Louis for my sister's wedding. Our dog sitter fell through, so our two dogs were along for the ride. The location was perfect. The apartment is only about 25 yards from beautiful Francis Park, so we were able to easily take our dogs on multiple long walks. The neighborhood, itself, is beautiful and filled with period gingerbread homes, with plenty of restaurants a walk or short drive away. Overall, the surrounding area was great! The unit, itself, was exactly as advertised, and the owner clearly paid attention to detail in furnishing the space. I had to reach out to Brian with a few questions along the way, and he responded within a couple minutes every time. We couldn't have asked for a better host or place to stay. Highly recommend!

We have stayed in this building before and would gladly do so again! Great location, adorable up to date condo.

The property was clean and meet our expectations. We appreciated the beach toys that were on the patio. Beach is beautiful and was not crowded. The access code to the door that we were originally given was incorrect, we had to call after hour line and wait for a return phone call to get the issue corrected. Provisions such as towels, hand soap, dish soap, trash bags were provided at a minimum or not at all. Having to first go to a separate location to get parking pass and grounds keys was annoying as they easily could have been left in the condo.

We had an amazing time on our vacation! Rental was great, management was very helpful with a few minor issues we had, and the beach was gorgeous! We left behind some beach chairs and a few other items that hopefully future guests can use to make their stay even better! We were underprepared for the beach, so that would be my only suggestion- stock the condo with a better umbrella and some more beach chairs. Otherwise, we loved it and I hope we can come back again soon!!

We loved this property! You pick up/dropoff keys and paperwork at a different location, but it's very close. The place looks as it shows... super cute and immediately on the beach! The trundle bed was awesome for the 3rd kid... mine are 2.5, 6 and 11 so it was nice for the space. 2 bathrroms/showers is also a positive! Bring your own beach towels, but plenty of bathroom towels supplied. There are tons of food/drink/ice cream places around! The property managers were texting randomly throughout our stay to check in. Very nice..we will be back!!
