My siblings and I, with our spouses, stayed for Memorial Day weekend. The condo was exactly as described and super clean! The location was perfect! We walked everywhere. Communication with owners and check-in process was also top notch! I would definitely recommend this condo!

It rained most of our trip so we were actually in the condo most of the time. The location is the best. We sat on the deck and people watched. You can walk to most places - breakfast, lunch, snacks, and more.

This condo is perfect! Very well equipped, clean and comfortable. The location is minutes from the boardwalk and beach. The balcony sits over the water and has wonderful views of the bay, amazing sunsets and on several days we could even see the wild ponies on Assateague Island. Thank you for a great stay!

A perfect weekend getaway for me and my three sisters. From booking to check out the hosts were easy to contact and quick to respond. The condo was clean, beautiful and comfortable. The location was perfect and the view was amazing!

The remnants of Ian were upon us the whole weekend, but we didn’t care - we had this awesome condo to just laze about and watch the angry ocean. Maybe not the trip we planned, but a wonderful time nonetheless! The condo was clean and well appointed. Thank you for a terrific stay!

The property itself was beautiful! That was our 3rd stay at the Belmont. Perfect location and ideal condo layout for our family. Only drawback were some pesky ants.

It was a beautiful condo we loved it there it was only two issues whoever the cleaning company that clean prior to us coming in did not do a very good job cleaning the sinks the toilets the floors the bedding everything was just not very well maintained and clean also there was ants in the master bedroom on the nightstand bed flooring We went to the local supermarket and got some ant spray because we had ants on us but other than them two issues everything was fine the keypads were there everything was there all the check was great like I said the cleaning whoever is cleaning you may wanna get with them and keep an eye on them because it didn’t clean very well at all and the ants that was it thank you so much

Very well appointed unit right on the beach/Ocean! Even though right in the boardwalk of the door was closed the noise level wasn’t bad at all. Beautiful furnishings and very comfortable for the 5 of us. Would recommend to anyone.

Our family of 5 stayed here and it was perfect for our needs. The condo is spacious, clean and very well-appointed. Views of the beach and boardwalk are amazing. Very convenient parking in the gated garage. This end of the boardwalk has a lot of activity going on, so it can get noisy at night.

We loved our stay at this condo. We couldn’t have asked for a better place. The condo was very clean, spacious and open. Our only complaints were the pool was only open until 8 and the front elevator was slow otherwise we loved it. We’re looking forward to staying in the future. We would absolutely recommend for anyone to stay in this condo!!!!!

This condo was very nice! Great location!

Everything was seamless. Condo was wonderful and the location was great! Beds were very comfortable. Elevators were a bit slow. We were worried there could be ants being located on top of an ice cream shop and candy store, but we didn’t see any. We will definitely be back soon!

I had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful property with my parents and they were absolutely thrilled. Prior to arriving, my father was doubtful, saying that sometimes the pictures look great , but once you arrive it isn't all that it appeared to be. I am happy to say that this time I proved him wrong. I did my research, read prior reviews, and it was everything it was said to be. Jami was so helpful, kind and courteous in our communication both prior and during the trip. The property was immaculate and everything I needed was either on the premises or close by. I too was quite impressed and happy that I chose this location. For anyone who is skeptical, I promise you won't go wrong with this beautiful property.

The condo was beautiful with a gorgeous view. Very clean! Walking distance to a lot of shops and bars. We went during the off season so sadly we did not get the full experience, but will be going back. I recommend this place!

The condo is very clean and large, the location is great and the view is spectacular, would would definitively rent again.

This condo was perfect for my family! It’s a perfect size, well kept, and beautifully decorated. You can’t beat the location everything you would need is right there! We didn’t have to get in the car once. My only complaint is the parking garage entry isn’t high enough for car top carriers so unloading and packing to go was difficult.

We had a great time at this condo. The property manager was lovely and took care of a couple of minor issues immediately. Condo is very pretty and clean and right on the Boardwalk. Just know that when you book with VRBO you will pay about 30% more than the price that is quoted after all is said and done. All this should be included in the price they quote upfront.

The condo is tastefully appointed and the view is one-of-a-kind. Master bedroom is comfortable and huge, kitchen is fun to cook in, and the location is an easy drive from DC.

The condo was the definition of spotless. And HUGE. The location could not have been any more perfect. The balcony is wonderfully private, and the balcony chairs are super comfy. Kitchen is great, we ate almost every meal there. Loved using the giant whirlpool bath in master bdrm. If you like a memory foam type of mattress you'll be in heaven, unlike us. The TVs had great picture (we enjoy vegging after busy days) so that was a giant plus. Sofa is dated so we both could not get comfy (the love seat is fine tho) so we chilled in bed - there are quality tvs in each bdrm. It was just the 2 of us, but we appreciated how each bedroom had a door to a bathroom. Can see how a group could all feel they had space and privacy. Bring your eye masks for sleep- plenty of light gets in from the Ferris wheel lit up all night and the fabulous sunrises. The whole time we were there (Thurs- Mon) the lobby door was broken, huge inconvenience. Would have used the sauna if we knew where it was located. I recommend bringing your own sheets, the ones you could opt to pay for from the service are awful, even tho they seemed brand new (creases) (I didn't think I was a sheet snob lol!). Not sure we'd stay here again, because I need to be able to rest comfortably after busy days (ideally not just in bed). I do recommend it overall. Jami is a responsive owner, gave crystal clear directions and is very nice.

Lovely. Had a wonderful time and the location ,decor, pool, washer/dryer, added to the experience. Truly, felt like "home" for a week.

The owner was great at communicating ahead of time! I didn’t do a great job reading the check in details so we had to make a run to the souvenir shops nearby to get towels for the stay, but other than that it was great. The location is gorgeous and super convenient to all the things (food, the beach, activities, bus line). Would definitely stay again!
