Our family of 18 stayed here to celebrate our 41st Anniversary. It was awesome and a very accessible location to everything!!! Ages were <1

Absolutely LOVED our stay at this location! Property manager was fantastic to work with. Location is PERFECT! You are within 15 minutes to everything. You can be to the beach or marina in 10-12 minutes or into one of the MANY tourist locations in Branson in less than 15 minutes. Really enjoyed sitting on the deck overlooking the lake every morning and evening. Property manager has thought of EVERYTHING. There is shampoo/conditioner/body wash/hand soap in EVERY bathroom (and there are 6 bathrooms!). Plenty of toilet paper and kleenex in EVERY bathroom (and not the sand paper kind). Kitchen has dish soap, garbage bags, paper towels, coffee filters and dishwashing detergent. Laundry had laundry detergent and fabric softener. SO NICE not to have to bring/buy all those things for a week’s stay!!! They had a basketball and pickle ball equipment to be used in the common areas. Their attention to those little things is MUCH appreciated! Would definitely book this location again if we are in the area!

Excellent location out of busyness of Branson for beautiful home, views, with tons of entertainment within property for extended families! Great choice!

This host is accommodating & responsive! She had billiard chalk & my favorite cookies delivered when I let her know we were out. SO SWEET! This house is beautiful & has all the basics you'll need for a great vacation (I mean toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, washcloths, hand & bath towels, glass dishes, plastic kids dishes, cookware, all the utensils, paper towels, dish soap, dish detergent, Keurig, coffee & decaf pods, popcorn, oatmeal, snacks, pool towels, & even a play pen for the baby). This balcony view of the water is gorgeous! There is even a small pond with a couple of ducks we enjoyed watching. We loved the indoor pool, just a short walk up the sidewalk & across the parking lot. The grill was perfect & the outdoor pool table was our favorite! Oh & the beds are the most comfortable you'll ever sleep in! It's less than a 10 minute drive from Walmart & the attractions we came to see. Don't pass this place up!

We had a wonderful time, nice rooms, great space for large families. Super host, was available easily. I would definitely recommend and go back to the same location again.. very clean!! Which is important to us. Beautiful lake view , very spacious ❤️

Property was brand new. Smelled brand new when you walked in. The view from the kitchen was gorgeous. Everything I needed was there. Everyone had their own space. We had a great family get together there. The pool table sits on rocks and is totally unusable, it’s not level so as soon as you unrack the balls they just roll. I suggest removing that feature and adding a hot tub.

This house was amazing! It was very large and spacious and held all 13 of us! Each large King size bedroom and the bunk room all had their own bathrooms, fully stocked and TVs with Netflix, Prime, etc. The appliances throughout the home were all modern and very nice. The house was stocked well with dishes, pots, pans, Keurig and all the modern amenities of a new home. The dining table and outside patio table could sit 10-12 of us perfectly. We ate most meals outside on the patio that had Edison lights, a fire pit type thing in the table, a ceiling fan and a beautiful view of Table Rock Lake! If we ever make it back to Branson with this size group, I would definitely stay here. Thanks!

Property was very big and clean. Plenty of towels and kitchen plates/ utensils/ cookware. Would have really liked regular channels for tv like cbs, nbc, abc, tnt, tbs, sci-fi etc..

We loved the views and close access to the attractions and lake in Branson. The community pool was enjoyable when we weren't on the lake. Neighbors also staying on our street were friendly and quiet. Would definitely stay again!

We had an amazing time and the house had everything we needed for our group of 9 including 5 kids (ages 6-13). Lots of space and activities to keep them entertained. My only request would be a slightly more generous coffee supply but that is fairly trivial. Overall we loved it!

The house was amazing and had everything we needed for a fun but relaxing weekend. The common areas were perfect for the entire group to hang out with each other and take in the beautiful lake view.

This property was perfect for our party of 13. We had plenty of room and then some. The out door setting area was awesome. Nice long table for us all to set around to enjoy the beautiful view and the inside is nicely decorated. We all were very happy and would recommend it highly!

This property is so amazing. We had 10 adults 5 children. Plenty of room. There is nothing that you will need . Just your food and drinks . I mean Christina has thought of everything. Even shampoo conditioner and body wash. I was so nervous renting because you never know plus it was still being built . But Christina kept telling me to relax everything would be fine. And boy was she right. All my family loved it. Some loved it more than Florida . If anyone is looking to stay away from the hustle and bustle of the strip this is the right property. But you are still close to everything maybe 10 minutes away . Beautiful views also . We all want to go back . Thanks Christina for everything!!
