We enjoyed our stay at the Caberbet Cottage. Everything was as stated and clean, excellent communication with the host. The location has a country feel while being close to town. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

Such a beautiful experience at a beautiful venue! Hosts were amazing!

We stayed in the upstairs apartment and it felt like home! Everything was comfortable (including the bed which is always a huge plus). The kitchen, bathroom and bedroom were well appointed with even small details such as q tips in the bathroom and honey and tea in the kitchen. The mornings were cool, but we were able to enjoy a cup of coffee with the patio blankets provided. There is not anything we needed that wasn't there. And the bonus were the animals including peacocks that came to visit while we drank our coffee. I requested a late check out the night before our departure and the owners replied immediately. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone who wants to spend a few days in the cute town of Cottonwood!

The Cabernet Cottage was the perfect accommodation for us to celebrate our anniversary. It's quiet and beautiful but also close enough to everything for a stay in Cottonwood! There were many thoughtful touches throughout to anticipate our needs. We would happily stay again!

Cute little upstairs bungalow. It was a little smaller than I thought it would be, cute never the less. It was on the property of the owners home. Outside balcony had a great view of the country life (cows, birds, ducks, etc). Owner is super nice.

My mom and I stayed here for a little mother/daughter weekend getaway and it was perfect. We were able to see old town Cottonwood, Jerome, wineries and Sedona all in one weekend thanks to this central location. While there, you feel like you are miles away from town due to how quiet and serene it is, but in reality you are blocks from everything you need! We loved getting up in the morning and having coffee on the patio and watching the chickens and cats roam around. The hosts were super friendly and have thought have everything you may possibly need for your stay. Would not hesitate to come back and would love to rent both units and bring the whole family!

We couldnt have found a better place to stay in Cottonwood! So close to town yet a world away on their vineyard and surrounding farms complete with farm animals, their 3 cats and their friendly dog. The apartment was so creatively appointed and comfortable and cozy with all you needed. The deck was FAB for morning coffee, nightly stargazing and a fire pit for the chilly nights! Perfect location for wine tastings, nearby Jerome, Clarkdale and of course Sedona. THE BEST HOSTS! Cant wait to return!!!

Can’t go wrong staying here- very positive experience, had our privacy, very relaxing as well as close to the tourist sites and wineries.

My husband and I stayed here for our 10th anniversary so we could be close to Sedona and Jerome. It is the perfect location just a touch outside old Cottonwood but close enought to take a jog or 2 min drive into the city. We got up early and visited Sedona and left when crowds arrived back to this little oasis. The deck and fire were perfect for an April visit. Owners were so kind and thoughtful. Very responsive. The bed is amazing, the space is adorable and we are thrilled with our stay. Already planning to come back!

This property is amazing! Very organized with everything labeled so it’s easy to find anything you need. Lots of extras from K cups to shampoo and blankets if you use the fire pit. Very comfortable bed and bedding. Deck was awesome. Check in was easy and the hosts are very communicative and prompt in their replies. I would definitely recommend this property!

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed the property. Everything was as it was listed. If you enjoy nature, waking up to the peacefulness of the outdoors and soothing noises of animals in the distance while having coffee on the deck, this place is perfect. We wish we’d had more time there than we did. We’ll definitely keep Stephen and this property on our ‘come back to’ list!

This was an absolute perfect stay! It felt like we were out in the country with all the advantages of town just minutes away! You all thought of everything to make us feel spoiled! The complementary tide pod was needed and appreciated! We’re already talking about when we’ll visit again!

This place is absolutely adorable! We had the feel of being out in the country yet we were only a short distance from town and sightseeing places like Sedona and Jerome. It was beautiful quiet place to spend our honeymoon. We loved it and we will come back.

If you are going to visit the Verde Valley and want the perfect getaway, don’t bother with resorts or hotels. This is the absolute best place you will find! We spent our anniversary weekend here, and are so tha kful we chose this amazing cottage.

This guest house is a good place to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city. There you have everything you need and more. Children could enjoy this place especially. Nothing is left out, everything has been thought of by the lovely hosts. The grounds are safe and well maintained. This is a unique property. This isn't for someone looking for a city hotel. The hosts are gracious, kind and think of the little things which makes the big difference. There are things to do for people of all ages within the cottage such as games and very interesting toys. There are a variety of surprising reading materials found in every room. The cottage has the organization and design of a true organizer and decorator, someone with a keen eye for things that never go out of style. Within all the cabinets and drawers, of which there are many, there are necessities and more. The restroom is clean and has all your toiletry items including soap and shampoo and conditioner, a hair dryer, and floor mats and rugs enough to cover the entire restroom floor. I forgot all toiletries except toothbrushes and toothpaste so I really needed the toiletries the hosts provided. There's more to this place than just a place to stay the night, this is a place for which you will need at least a couple of days to truly get to enjoy. If you need a motel, just a bed and such, just go to one nearby. If you want an experience, a place of whimsy and fun, a place to find hidden treasures and meet new friends, stay here

We loved our stay! It was just as described in other reviews. Clean, comfy bed, the best views and so many nice extra touches like the fresh farm eggs! And the patio for wine in the evening with fire and coffee in the morning. We are already to plan our next stay!

Perfect stay for two! The place was equipped with everything we could need and more. Very clean and beautifully decorated. Deck with a beautiful view and private back porch from the bedroom was a perfect place to watch the stars. Great hosts!

We stayed here for a weekend and really enjoyed it. We loved the rural feel of the location even though we were about 5 minutes from the main street, and a major grocery store was less than a mile away. The place was very clean and nicely decorated. Stephen was very quick to respond to our inquiries and we loved having Jax and Phoebe visits us. Would definitely stay here again.
