This place was the best! So convenient. Easy in and out. Mere steps to the slopes, Lodge, pool, and Purgy’s. The condo is supremely comfortable and well-stocked. It was perfect for our family of four and would suit a slightly larger group as well.

The condo is very comfortable and allowed plenty of room for family and friends of six including a seven month old baby and dog. It had all of the amenities we needed and the view was absolutely stunning. The only downfall was the Keurig machine did not work, but other than that everything was fabulous. We would definitely reserve this condo again with additional family and friends.

Had a great stay. Short walk (up stairs, though) to lifts. Best appointed VRBO we have stayed in. Lots of room for guests, if needed. Comfy beds. Loved the wood fireplace, too.

We brought our mini Aussie with us on this trip. Daphne has the condo perfectly appointed with everything we could possibly need!! We truly felt at home, grilled ribs one night, loved the option of brewing a pot of coffee or KCups. Tucker loved the deck, and so did we. Coffee in the morning and wine in the evening ❤️

My wife and I have stayed at this property in the past. The condo is super clean with a wonderful mountain view and quick access to the resort base. It's a perfect rental for couples or a larger family with all the amenities of home. We highly recommend this property for your next visit to Purgatory...5 stars!

We had a great time at this property. Been coming up to the area now for dozens of years and this property is definitely one of the best.

We had a great time exploring Durango, Silverton, and Ouray from this as our home base. The rental was well-stocked and had nice touches like a pack n play, throw blankets, games, DVDs, and citronella candles. Would love to come back in the winter to ski!

Pros: beautiful views, close to the chair lift, stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, covers all the needs, good communication with the owner. Cons: The place really needs a good cleaning. Mildew/mold in downstairs shower, dried drop of conditioner in upstairs shower, balls of dust/hair/dirt next to baseboards, underneath the couches is gross—like no one has vacuumed under there in ages and we could see it all from the other couches. The floor is invisibly disgusting. After walking around for less than 2 hrs, my daughter’s bare feet were black with grime. We all made sure we had socks on after that, and those socks are now ruined, not a huge deal though. I’d read a previous review stating this, but had already booked and hoped they took care of the problem. It’s a nice place! But it needs a real deep clean. I couldn’t fully relax because i didn’t feel comfortable. Sinking into one of the couches, I felt something poking my arm. I look down and see TONS of crumbs from where people/kids have eaten on the couch for a long time. Wouldn’t stay here again, but if this kind of stuff doesn’t bother you, then you really will love it. I’m just a clean freak unfortunately.

Great little condo in a great location, my biggest complaint is the cleanliness…the floors were very dirty (walking around with just socks my socks would be black by the end of the day), furniture was dusty, dishes didn't seem clean when pulling them out from the cabinets. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would stay again. The area is beautiful, amenities are nice, check-in/out processes were easy, just wish it had been cleaner.

My family stayed at East Rim 24 years ago. We have always loved skiing at Purgatory. This year, my son and his family joined us for an amazing time. The condo was perfect for our family of 7 and our dog. As the “chef” for our family, I was so impressed with the well-equipped kitchen. We enjoyed Taco Tuesday, Little Italy Night, Homemade Soup Night, Family Game Night and movie night. Looking forward to staying again next year. My 11 year old granddaughter said it was the best spring break ever. Love Purgatory and East Rim. Thank you, Daphne for being so helpful.

This condo was all we could have hoped for and more. The owner has gone beyond herself to make her guests as comfortable as possible! The condo is a set of steps away from the base lift. The view…? Lets just say I found my husband sitting in a chair at the back patio door waiting for the sun to come up so he could capture a photo of it. Absolutely breathtaking. If we get a chance to come back to Purgatory, we wont bother looking for another condo, we will come right back to this one!

This condo is in an amazing location, so convenient for skiing. The host was very responsive and accommodating. Very kind and easy to work with. The home was not very clean unfortunately. Pet hair, areas needing vacuum, dust etc. When we arrived there were certain supplies missing and the host was very quick to remedy the issue, even had the cleaning person return the next day but she did a very basic job and restock. I’m sure it’s a very popular rental, but could use a deep clean. Other than that, the views are amazing, access to firewood is great and we really enjoyed using the pool and spa across the street at the resort.

This condo was perfect for our family on our recent ski trip. Its an easy and short walk to the slopes - closer than it looks on the map. My kids had no problems carrying their gear to the lifts. Highly recommend this property!

The stay at the property was great, only note would be to label the baseboard heaters on the wall controls to identify which control was for which room. But everything was still awesome at the property.

We needed some very much needed vacation time. This was the perfect place. A place to kick back, enjoy fresh air, enjoy your surroundings. Soak it in. I smiled the whole time we were there. If you are sitting on the fence about going here, don't. You will be pleasantly surprised. We love everything about it. It was beautiful. Daphne was right there if we had any questions. Very nice and helpful. If you need a place to unwind, get away from the hussle and bussle.. THIS IS IT!

Over the years, we have stayed here several times and always have an enjoyable stay! Love to sit on the patio and watch the gorgeous sunsets and sunrises! We love having a fire every night. Kitchen has the basics for cooking. We were able to add a night at the end of our stay with short notice and we’re really grateful to continue our stay. We went exploring on a razor guided tour which was amazing! Roadie the strain to Silverton and went horseback riding. Always love staying at units on Purgatory resort.
