We stayed at this property for our annual girls trip. The house was perfect with 6 large bedrooms each with its own bathroom. The location was super convenient & we were able to walk everywhere! Communication with the property owner was great! They responded almost immediately every time! We would all recommend this home for your Charleston vacation!

Perfect place for 11 of us on our first trip to Charleston. The location couldn’t have been better. Walked to most places. House had the southern charm, was clean and management was easy to contact. Highly recommend!

My daughter got married and we needed a big enough place for our family(12 total). This place had enough space for all of us. I particularly liked that each room had its own bathroom and that there was a full kitchen on both floors. Everyone commented on the interior and how awesome it was. The only real problem was parking. The space to park was very tight and narrow. Hard to get cars in and out. The kitchen could have been equipped more with a big stock pot and another fry pan downstairs. They had a Keurig machine but no pods to use. Most places at least have that. It’s noisy around there with the street sweeper and people walking past laughing or shouting. Overall, it was a very cool house with lots of character. We were pleased with the space it provided us.

10000/10!! Best location! We booked our stay at this location after a previous VRBO listing canceled on us. This location was even BETTER than the previous we had booked and we are so happy that it worked out the way it did. We came on a combined bachelor/bachelorette trip with our friends and siblings and everyone had their own space. We didn't feel like we had to share bathrooms with people we didn't know and everyone had their own privacy. It was also the MOST convenient location to everything. We were able to walk mostly everywhere including breakfast, lunch and dinner and it was a super easy place to pick up an Uber ride. The house was beyond clean and we were able to decorate it exactly how we imagined for the bach. The parking onsite was a huge bonus since we had 3 cars with us. The side street to get to the parking in the back was a bit narrow, but we were able to fit all 3 cars and park in the back. The parking also felt very safe since it was tucked in between the two houses and was surrounded by a tall fence. We didn't feel unsafe leaving our cars parked there. The house came with all the dishware and silverware that we needed and the purple color made it perfect for photos. It was also nice that the house had central air and we were able to control the temperature in most rooms. It took a little to get the temperature down in the beginning, but we knew we were in SC and we had a lot of people. The hosts were extremely responsive and kind!

The original house I rented the air conditioner was broken so they quickly got me a new house which was very nice. The location was a little further out from the first location I booked but it accommodated our large group of 10. They responded very quickly to any questions or issues. I would highly recommend.

The property was perfect. We are college friends now in our 60s and pick a new destination to visit each year. The location was perfect a block or so from the free bus to downtown, minutes from restaurants and bars, and generally close to everything. The residence was clean and comfortable with the 6 bedrooms and baths we had our own space but plenty of room to socialize. Great place.

Our annual trip was a success at the purple house!! The house was spotless and exactly as pictured. Our group loved that each bedroom had a bathroom!! Easy to walk into town and enjoy the shops and restaurants!
