This was our 2nd stay in this beautiful condo. Location is excellent and the condo is so beautiful and clean. Great parking. We felt very secure and safe in this condo. The view from the beautiful windows on the 7th floor is amazing.

This place is absolutely gorgeous. The view of the city is stunning. Host left plenty of supplies for guest. I will definitely book this gorgeous condo again. Host is very quick at responding to guest as well. This deserves 5 stars 🌟

This condo was sensational. We loved how many windows were in the unit, especially in two of the three bedrooms! The views were amazing with Pleasure Pier and Galvez in the distance. We loved watching the 4th of July fireworks from the comforts of inside.
Communication with Tim was very efficient and professional.
Check in and all the amenities were easy and top notch.
The only area of improvement would be that there was some sand and hair still in the tubs (we didn't go to the beach this trip) and that the fan blades could use a good dusting. But other than that, everything was very clean. I loved the decor of this condo- very relaxing and tastefully beach themed. The towels were great and all of the appliances worked great. The AC was easy and great. The only improvement would be to fix the knob of the Jack and Jill toilet- was a bit wobbly and hard to push.
But on the whole- everything was top notch and excellent. We look forward to staying here again!

There were five of us in our party, all adults and we
found the condo to be very clean and in excellent condition.
Our hosts, Tim and Lisa Sawyer were very accommodating
to us with supplying information that we needed to know about their condo and also the Emerald by the Sea facility.
The condo had lots of room in it making it a very comfortable and enjoyable experience for all of us.

Owners were terrific. Condo was perfect for four adults. Everything was clean and well stocked.
The only thing that was just a little disappointing was the view. When we filtered our search on VRBO, we included an ocean view. We did have a distant ocean view but not as close as what we thought we were getting. There are great views from the pool area. And we were extremely impressed with the parking facility, on-site staff and security.
We would certainly recommend this unit and these owners to anyone as long as you understand the ocean view/beach filter on VRBO is far reaching.

We had a nice time and enjoyed the media room on the 6th floor watching baseball game, played pool and ping pong in the gameroom. We walked to Marcos for dinner and easily had another dinner on the strand which was 5-10 min drive. House was very nice and had everything we could need. They had staple supplies to get us checked in which was very thoughtful. We look forward returning again!

We absolutely loved our stay at this condo! It is in the perfect location! We were able to be at the beach, the Strand or Pleasure Pier within minutes! We really enjoyed the beautiful pool! The staff, guests, and residents were all so friendly. The game room was perfect for my children who like pool, ping pong, games, and cards. The rooms were clean with comfortable beds. Great master shower! We all agreed that we will be back!

Tim was a great and very helpful communicator. He gave us a lot of good ideas for our trip as far as places to go and things to do.
The staff was very kind as well. We utilized the grills, pool, and hot tubs often. It was very relaxing and fun. Just what we were looking forward to as a family 😊

We loved staying at this property! It was a great size for the four of us. Loved the amenities including the pool, theater room and game room. The kitchen was well stocked and the property was very clean and nicely decorated. We also loved the balcony!
The hosts were accommodating and great at responding to questions and needs. Also, the onsite staff who do checkin and run the theater room and game room were all very friendly and helpful!

My husband and I brought our 4 kids here for Spring Break. (16,13,12,2) There was plenty of room for all of us to have our own space and gather in living area. The weather was not the greatest, but the heated pool and hot tub did not disappoint. Game room had plenty to entertain your family as well as a really fun theater room that your family can reserve as well. The condo was clean, details galore. They've thought of just about everything you could need. We would highly recommend and will be back!

More detail to the kitchen could really help...the idea that you put away all your dishes before you leave must mean that it is alright to put away dirty things....coffee mugs & silverware are severe need of a deep clean.....but probably the entire kitchen needs a deep clean....other than the kitchen all was great.

This condo is beautiful and has a great view of Galveston! We absolutely loved it from the decor, comfort, cleanliness, to being fully stocked with everything we needed for our stay.

This was a great property in a spectacular location with great views of the island. One tip for potential renters (late fall) is to take the time to call the beaches and make sure they're open...they changed operational days and didn't update the website.

Great getaway for our family in a beautiful condo with a perfect location! Condo is nicely decorated, has an amazing infinity pool with fabulous views, and within walking distance to Stewart Beach. Homeowners take pride in their property and are quick to respond to any questions! We will definitely be back!!

Best VRBO Experience Ever!
We, my husband, son & daughter & their spouses (3 adult couples), stayed in the unit for a week for our other daughter’s wedding. It was exactly as pictured & described…clean, great location, excellent views, quiet & well equipped. The pool was large enough to give all guests their own private areas & was very relaxing. The game room, with ping pong & foosball, was a hit! And the movie room was also a nice bonus. This was, by far, our best overall rental experience! Owners & property management were excellent, as well. I am absolutely confident & happy to review this experience as 5-stars, all around!

Perfect beach location
We had the best stay. The amenities at the condo were great; the pool with its stunning ocean view, the grills by the pool made for an amazing dinner, and the proximity to Stewart Beach really made our trip. We will definitely stay again.

Vacation
This property was the perfect place for my husband and I and two adult children! It was absolutely immaculate and beautifully appointed. Additionally, the owners graciously supplied general laundry and cleaning supplies. Tim and Lisa provided us with very helpful information on local sights and great restaurant recommendations, and even went so far as to share their cell phone numbers. Our experience at The Emerald could not have been better!
