Very nice big home on the west side of Williams. Walking distance to everything. The place was extremely clean. The beds were super comfortable. We came up from Tucson as an extended family vacation get away and had a great time. Highly recommend this property to anyone.

My family and another family took our kids to the snow for a long weekend. The house was in the perfect location to play in the snow, with a small hill directly in front of the house. We were close to great attractions and food. Would highly recommend this home for a little get away ‘up north’!!

Perfect home for a wonderful Christmas holiday...the only thing the house didn't have was the snow but you cannot fault it for that. Walking distance to town and the store, big enough for our extended family

The house was great with a ton of space to hang out in. Nice to have so many bathrooms for each family. The dinning room is amazing!! It has an extra large table and lots of space. It's a great room for the kids to do activities and for a family dinner. The house is in a great location! It is very close to everything that Williams, AZ has to offer.

Very close to the train station to board the Polar Express. Just down the road from Bearizona. Large home to comfortably fit our group (6 adults and 6 kids). Quiet neighborhood. Clean and well kept home and amenities.

House was in a great location walking distance to down town. Dogs are welcome which is a huge plus. We all brought our RZR to ride and the parking was great. The only downfall and it’s small is that there is some minor fixed that need to be done. But other than that will be back for sure.

Our stay in Williams was just lovely. The house was well appointed with all the things we needed. The kitchen was well stocked with plenty of cookware and dishes so we were easily able to make breakfast and dinner for our group of seven. There was plenty of room for us to spread out - the house is MUCH larger than it appears to be from the outside! It was centrally located so that everything in town was easily accessible, and getting in and out of town was also quick and easy. We would definitely stay again - thank you so much for having us!

The property was easy to find even in the dark! Great place for a large family. Easy location for getting to and from the grocery store and downtown. I would have liked the backyard to be more grassy for our grandkids, they didn't seem to mind but it made keeping the floors clean a little more difficult for us. We did not have WiFi. Did talk with the manager a few times but we never got it to work. Otherwise, the beds were good and it was nice that there were 3 full bathrooms. We had 10 people staying at the place and it was very comfortable.

We enjoyed our stay here. A few minor fixes that needed to be done, but nothing that hindered our stay. Owner kept in touch. Would stay here again if we were in the area.

The house was spacious and no one had to double up that didn’t want to. Plenty of kitchen items to make dinner. Minutes from Safeway. Williams is a great town. We would definitely use this home again

Great location, easy to find and quite satisfactory for our small family reunion. Close to all sorts of hiking, picknicking and visiting the Grand Canyon. Thank you for a wonderful place to stay that made it all happen!

Nice place to stay for a large group. Place has 3 full bathrooms which helps for a large group. Located 5min walk to a large grocery store and close enough to get into the Grand Canyon. Communication with the property owner was quick and efficiently done through the app.

Had family of 4 and 2 grandparents. House had plenty of room and then some. Solid Wi-Fi and streaming TVs made for good entertainment. Owner was a pleasure to work with.

Came here with my 10 person family and had enough space to spare! House was great. The only downside was the internet went out for a couple days. But the owner and house manager did everything they could to get it back up. Overall I would definitely come back here!

The house was easy to find, easy to check in to, and perfect for our needs. It was just as described. It was conveniently located for our visits to the Grand Canyon and Sedona. Check out was very simple. We would definitely stay here again under the same circumstances and we recommend it to anyone needing a place to stay with a group like ours. We had 6 adults and 4 teenagers and there was plenty of room and wifi.

Our family of 9 had a great stay while visiting the Grand Canyon, Sedona and Snow Bowl. We loved the privacy that each bedroom and bath provided. Very clean property close to downtown area.

Easy to find. Loved the space for 4 adults and 4 children. Clean with everything you need. Close to restaurants and easy to back a 30 ft RV in the driveway.

We had a great time at this property. We had two pets and I will say that the back yard is unfortunately not completely fenced so potty trips are leash only. Otherwise, plenty of rooms and space.

We came all the way from Texas for this trip. After doing tons of research online for our Grand Canyon trip we decided to stay in Williams. It was an easy drive to the Canyon from there and we loved the vibe of the cute “Cars” looking town. Try to leave early for GC if you’re there during busy season. This home was perfect for our crew. There’s a bunk room and queen room at the front of the house where we put kids and gramps. There’s a huge bedroom with en suite at the back of house, off dining room where one couple stayed and another separated off kitchen where other couples stayed. The home was huge so we could space out when needed and then gather back for meals at the huge dining table. The home is not far from the downtown scene with tons of shopping and restaurants. Word of advice, don’t buy anything from GC merchant store, you can buy same or better for half price downtown. So glad this home was available for us. Thank you!

Great property! Location is rad! Close to downtown. Need a pizza cutter in the kitchen! Everything else was perfect.

We had a great time at this house. It’s very spacious and comfortable for large groups. It’s very close to shops and restaurants.

This was a perfect house for two families with children. We had enough space to spread out. It was well-equipped and comfortable. Most importantly, it was clean! The location is convenient- easy 5-10 minute walk into town to explore for a morning. Would recommend if you’re in the area.

We enjoyed our weekend stay at this property while taking our family to the Grand Canyon Railway's Polar Express event. The host was very easy to communicate with and provided all the necessary information on the clean, spacious and accommodating home away from home. Great location in a very pleasant town. We will be returning and can't wait to book another trip here.

Our first time using a VRBO property and we were not disappointed! The house is nice and clean. Rooms are good size, beds are decent and clean. Living room has lots of room for movie time. Kitchen is well equipped but we ate out most of the time. Heater worked well but fireplace is locked out. It is very close to polar express train ride and down town Williams. We would definitely stay here again!
