We had a very nice time at this property. My three sons, husband and myself enjoyed being close to the beach and other attractions. I prepared a turkey Christmas dinner in a decently equipped kitchen and really enjoyed a home cooked meal. Laura was very responsive and accommodating to our needs. I would definitely rent this property again.

This property was everything we wanted! Comfortable, plenty of space and amazing location to the beach! We will definitely be back!!

Nice lication

Spent 4 nights here in early August. Was just as advertised. It is the second level of a house. There was a family below us. We had a partial view of the beach and ocean. Nice deck to hang out and/or eat. Walkable to lots of eateries. We rented bikes for day, hung out on the beach.

Our stay was great we really enjoyed this beach house. It was so close to the beach and had everything my family needed. We enjoyed walking less than 5 mins to the boardwalk and return to relax on the patio.The only thing is parking which was advise prior that there is no way to fit large vehicles. Lesson learn on our part but didnt allow that to affect our trip. Would definitely stay again.

We came to mission beach for 2 1/2 days after being in Los Angeles. It was great to have the beach atmosphere and the location of the house was perfect right off the beach very nice neighbors. The only thing that was challenging is the parking is very tight. We had a small SUV and it said OK but anything bigger would not have said in the garage. Casey was very responsive to our questions and me and my three kids had a really nice time. We definitely go back. It was nice to stay at the beach and have the city so close, but still have the relaxation of the beach atmosphere.

Management was easy to contact and communicate. Great kitchen and living room. Nice deck. Lots of space.

This spot seemed even closer to the beach than we realized! Was really a treat to be so close to the bike / walking paths and an amazingly accessible stretch of beach, esp for kids. Kitchen well-stocked; host highly responsive. Airplanes weren't that much of a problem. Lots of fans to manage the temps, although probably would get warm if you are really the kind of person who needs A/C. Great stay--we'd definitely come back!

We spent an awesome week enjoying family, friends and the beach! This rental is in a great neighborhood just steps from the beach! There is a big table indoors for eating or playing boardgames. The outdoor table was a big plus as we could sit and see the volleyball courts and the ocean! Another plus was the provided beach towels, beach chairs, beach umbrella, boogie boards and box fans to use during the warmer afternoons. The parking space is a bit tight, but doable for smaller vehicles. Would definitely recommend this rental! Casey was very quick to respond and very helpful in making our stay amazing!

Very pretty and comfortable condo and very close to the beach! The condo is south of the Belmont Park area and the beach was much less crowded where we were which was really nice. We had easy & helpful communication with the hosts and we had a great family getaway!

Great beach property within walking distance of pretty much everything Mission Beach has to offer. The property was clean, linens were well stocked, and the beds were comfy. Great communication and easy check in process. We gave 4/5 stars for Location & Neighborhood only because parking is no joke and as advertised in the listing; plan on parking on the street. This by no means took away from our stay, but it is an issue if you're looking to park anything bigger than a small to mid-size SUV. A bit of pre-arrival advice, get your groceries ahead of parking! In summary, great location, would very much recommend!

Great place nice patio and view

This property was clean and just what we were looking for. It has easy access to the beach or the bay and was located on a quiet street. We brought our own bikes and stored them in the garage, mission beach provides volleyball nets for public use and there is a lot to do within walking distance. Great spot!

Traveling to celebrate a friends birthday and this place checked all the boxes. Room for all of us, beach access practically at our doorstep, and great communication with the owner. We highly recommend!

Wonderful place to stay. The house was fantastic and had everything we needed. 2 min walk to the beach, 10-15 walk to everything else. Would 100% recommend and stay here again. Parking was a bit tight, but a Kia K5 fit just fine in the garage. You can set your watch to the airplanes taking off, and so long as you don't mind getting up early (6:30am) it's just fine. We had a blast and loved the house!

Spent two weeks here, great location and place, did not hear downstairs neighbors at all. Melinda answered questions promptly. Parking is tight but doable with small car. Nice get away!

We stayed in the top duplex. Clean and very comfortable. 1 minute walk to the beach and boardwalk. Can walk down the boardwalk to restaurants and shops. Nice, large outdoor patio. Perfect and no complaints! Management was great with communication. A+

We stayed for almost 3 weeks and had a great time! The location is perfect, quick walk to the beach or to the bay side. Melinda was easy to work with and quick to get ahold of. We had a great trip!

Had a nice stay at this comfortable and clean condo. Great location on Mission beach, easy walking distance to Belmont Park. Manager was extremely helpful with our questions and requests. Even brought over a Roku one night when we could get a rental on the tv. One hitch was figuring out the parking. The garage is really too small for a family car. But street parking was easy to find most days. Overall, a nice place to stay when in San Diego.

Mission beach is an amazing place to have a family getaway, the beach on one side and the bay on the other. This end of the beach was nice and quiet but close to all the action. There are electrical scooters at the end of the block and we took advantage of them to zip to the market everyday. The house was very comfortable, we spent most evenings cuddled into the couch. We spent most meals in and the kitchen was very comfortable to cook all the meals. The beach is right in front and we enjoyed the sunsets every night. I noticed a lot of people setting up bonfires which looked like fun. The famous Belmont park is a short walk away. All in all we really enjoyed our stay!

The place was okay, needs some love. The windows are thin and can easily see through their window coverings, privacy. Dark inside and front window you can't see through from the salt air I suppose. The low loud airplanes go right over you day and night-I used ear plugs at night. For the price expected more. Sorry but this was our experience.

We had a great stay and especially enjoyed the patio for dining in the evening, the short walk to Mission Beach, and the garage space that was available whenever we needed. The beach chairs and toys were also a nice bonus.

The property is great with an amazing porch. Everything was as advertised. Well supplied kitchen, bathrooms, etc. Short walk to the beach, stores, etc. The only issue was parking. It appears there is a second spot available for a small car on the outside of the garage where the garbage bins are (a sign said "728 parking only. Please park nose in as close to the wall as possible"). We weren't aware of this extra parking and it would have helped a lot since we had 2 cars.

Everything was great. 15 min walk to Belmont Park. Beautiful view of the ocean. Parking was rough because we ended up with a minivan that did not fit in garage. I would rent here again.

Everything was just great at this place, the only thing I wish it had was Air conditioning. Being a California native, I imagined having no trouble handling the heat, but it was so humid! I don’t if it was the time of year, end of August, or being right by the ocean. The house had ceiling fans and lots of extra fans for use and we used them all!

Steps away from the beach. Easy checkin/out. Clean home. Everything we needed in the kitchen to cook our meals. Comfy beds. Loved the patio area as well. Would choose this rental again!

Location was perfect. Quiet yet close enough to the fun that awaits you down the boardwalk. Bike or skateboard to all of the restaurants, shops and roller coaster. End your day at the beach watching the sunset. It was perfect! Management Company was on it and clearly communicated everything. Thank you!

The location was amazing. Close to the beach and mission with all the fun things to do. The house was perfect. Check in and out was simple and never had any issues. Plenty of room for the 5 people that went. We had a wonderful time and would rent the house again!!! Can’t wait til the next time.
