We absolutely love Pamela’s cottage. This was our third stay! Its nautical decor is charming, it is very comfortable and clean and we love being able to walk to town. We spent lots of time on the deck enjoying the view. Would we return? Of course!

We had a wonderful stay at Pam's cottage. The cottage is charming and was very comfortable for me, my husband and my adult son. The kitchen had everything we could possibly want and we had very pleasant walks into town for dinners and shopping. Pam was very welcoming and very responsive to our questions and requests. Would love to visit again in the warmer months!

We visited for a December get away. What a fantastic vacation. We have been using VRBO properties for vacations for over 25 years. Pam’s house is hands down the best place we have ever stayed. We will definitely go back.

This was our second stay at the cottage. Again, location can’t be beat as we could walk to Christmas Prelude events. Being in the wintertime mode it was just as easy to stay in and relax with the gas fireplace and forget we were “missing out”. We loved that there was a decorated Christmas tree. Anything we needed, and other thoughtful items were supplied. We have told other friends about this secret and we are sure they’ll love it as much as we did.

The home was an absolute gem for my wife, our 2 year old daughter, my mother and I. The home setting on the water, location to downtown Kennebunkport and actual rooms within the home itself were spectacular. Not only were the accommodations the same as represented online, they exceeded out overall expectations and made for a great experience. Considering we also had 3 generations of our family in the group, we can easily say that this place excels no matter what your age. The stay makes us want to come back to Maine as soon as possible!

Spent the month of September relaxing at this lovely property. It is charmingly furnished, cozy and warm. The views of the river and tidal basin are stunning. It’s so close to everything yet amazingly quiet and peaceful. Pamela has provided everything you might need and is available for any questions or concerns should you have them.

This cottage is on the small side (perfect for 2 people imo) and perfectly appointed. The location cannot be beat. To wake up everyday, with a peek into the harbor, is pure joy. We were lucky to have glorious weather -only one rainy day. It was muggy and warm and the AC works great!! A huge bonus. The hosts have thought of everything to make your stay comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.

This was a great experience! The owner was helpful and responsive, the home was clean and well decorated, and the location was amazing! Easy walk to the restaurants and shops! The beach isn’t to far either but probably to far to walk to. It was also nice to walk to the end of the road to the marina and see all of the boats. Thank you Pamela for a wonderful visit!

Everything was perfect! Location great for walking to restaurants and shops in town. Didn't move our car for 3 days! Also really enjoyed watching the tide come in and go out from the deck. Highly recommend!

The cottage was so fitting for us that we both agreed we could live there full-time. Sometimes when I think of "cottage", I think of musty, dusty, and dark with flooring and furniture from the 70's. Pam's cottage is the exact opposite. The cottage is well laid-out with comfortable furniture and tasteful decor. The kitchen is well supplied and the grill was a bonus. What delighted and surprised us the most was its location relative to town, to the peaceful grounds of the monastery, and the beach. We walked everywhere! We live about 30 miles away in another idyllic coastal setting, but felt like we were further away, like many states away. What a great place to enjoy some fun and relaxation.

This well-decorated property was a perfect location. Within walking distance of Dock Square. Clean and comfortable. Could use a couple of baking pans, otherwise kitchen had everything we needed. Will definitely stay again.

Our third stay was just as lovely as previous visits. Pam does everything she can to make you feel welcome, and the house is beautiful, perfectly decorated, and has such a cozy feel. Enjoyed this lovely cottage in between the hustle and bustle of Christmas & NYE. Perfect location to walk into KPT for our date at the Batson River Fish Shacks, for picking up breakfast from HB’s and for chilling out reading by the fire. Our corgi loved walking into town and enjoying daily beach walks. Thanks for a wonderful chance for us all to recharge!!!

Thank you for such a wonderful experience. Your property is exactly as described and fully loaded with all sorts of amenities. The kitchen is particularly well appointed and the appliances are high quality, especially the washer & dryer. You are in the heart of Kennebunkport but then in a quiet area so it is the best of both worlds. Check-in was seamless; nice touches throughout the property especially the original wall that has been left intact from Mr. Doanes. Thank you again. Highly recommended.

This is was the perfect cottage. It is on a nice quiet street, but only minutes walk to everything. It is very convenient location. Great host as well, very accommodating. You don’t need to bring much with you, as the cottage is well stocked. Very peaceful and quiet.

This is a stone's throw from downtown and a quick under a mile walk to Gooch's. Really convenient to everything. It is on an inlet with extreme tides that go from mud to a few feet of water. Lots of waterfowl around for entertainment. Nice deck with a grill that seats up to 8 people. Fairly well-stocked kitchen. Very generously stocked for consumables like TP and paper towels, and even laundry detergent and cleaning products. Great place!

We loved staying here! Beautifully renovated, charming cottage within walking distance to town and beach. Very quiet and peaceful. Enjoyed sitting on the deck. Decor was so inviting and it is well equipped and super comfortable. Hoping to come back next year.
