The weather was perfect and most of our time was spent outside on the marble decks by the two pools overlooking Coco Bay. Sunsets were spectacular. William and Jennifer provided us with excellent information, connected us to tours and assisted us with personal queries. This was a fantastic family vacation.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our experience with Jennifer and William was exceptional from the initial booking in August 2022 until our trip in January 2023. William was very attentive and patient with me as a first time visitor to Costa Rica. He answered every email I sent (and there were many!), set up reservations for scuba diving, suggested activities for the group and offered services we didn't expect like pre arrival grocery shopping and chef meals prepared at the home. Upon our arrival he met us at the home to welcome us and walk through the home and guidelines. THere were no unanswered questions. During our week stay, he was always available to assist. The house was a perfect location to allow us to visit the National Park, Adventure Park and various beaches in the area. The pools were put to good use as the temperatures during our stay were perfect.

We were 4 small families (11 in total) getting together for our first trip out of the US together since Covid. We loved the del Coco and Hermosa areas in the past, and this place felt like coming home— to a bigger and better home with gorgeous views! Well equipped kitchen, plenty of space and amenities, and our hard to please teens loved it too! Great outdoor space for watching the sun set with a glass of rosé or prosecco! I was worried because sometimes photos can deceive, but this place delivers!

The main living space, dining space, kitchen, and bedrooms are all amazing. But the outdoor space is wonderful. The pools and the patio gives you space while providing the most amazing views. We vacationed as a family of 8 - 3 couples and 2 singles. This was a perfect place for us. We spent alot of our time outdoors on the patio (there was plenty of shade).

The location is at the top of a hill, offering stunning views and sunsets. But it's close to the town where we took in breakfast, coffee, shopping, and restaurants.

The property has wonderful amenities: beach chairs and towels, kitchen gadgets, refrigerator space, grill. But the best aspect of the property was working with Jenifer. She was so helpful and patient. I am so grateful for her assistance with everything from booking the space to answering our questions to patience with our understanding of how things worked in the house.
