Spacious and private enough for all to live comfortably together for a week. A little piece of paradise that we were so blessed to experience! This was to be a one time splurge for the celebration of our 40th wedding anniversary and retirement but we will definitely come back to this house! Our entire stay exceeded our expectations...from coffee on the balcony overlooking the ocean; dinners on the deck; the well maintained pool and hot tub; short walks to the beach, Jim’s Pool Bar and Coligny Plaza for ice cream, bakery, music and a beautiful park within walking distance! Very close to Coligny so the teens could walk there easily. I walked to Piggly Wiggly most mornings. Definitely recommend this place and hope to stay here again.

The vacation was great. House was nice. Golf is always great, but Mother Nature chose to rain almost every day…Oh, well. Best part of the rental was the pool for sure. Very clean the whole time and got used quite a bit.

The house was great ! Wonderful location. Close to the beach, pool and Coligny Plaza but also quiet neighborhood for bike rides etc.

Two bedroom are on the main floor and 3 bedrooms are on the upper floor. The kitchen is very large. Easy access to the beach 1/2 block on either side of the property. There are sand toys, boogie boards and beach chairs in the garage. Also floats for the pool. The only disappointment is that this is house is on the beach and it has a private pool but beach towels are not provided and are very bulky to bring in a suitcase. We would highly recommend.

House is well decorated and had lots of cooking items. The management company even purchased a pizza cutting tool and brought it over. The cleaning crew did not understand how to operate/use the dishwasher. So they had to hand wash everything in the dishwasher and stayed about an hour after check-in time. The beach is very busy since it is near the Coligny beach entrance.

The pool was well maintained and the unit was clean. Spacious for our large family. We did have some maintenance issues with the dishwasher. Also, we were concerned about the safety of the railing around the veranda. It was wobbly and a few spindles on the stairs leading to the pool were broken. Otherwise, a nice house to rent.

The house is sparkling and has a nice flowing layout, perfect for two big families staying together. The extra family room with pool table was a huge hit with the kids, who played dozens of games. Location is fantastic, right on the beach but walking distance to Coligny Plaza, the “downtown” of Hilton Head, with a ton of restaurants and ice cream parlors. One complaint: the house didn’t provide pool towels or beach chairs. Be sure to pack your own. The pictures don’t do this house justice — it’s much brighter and nicer than it appears in the pics. Owners might consider getting better pictures taken. Thanks for a lovely stay.
