The cabin was huge with a great layout for multiple families and kids, and with so much to keep everyone entertained. Property owner was quick to respond to messages and take action on any issues. We loved the location close to downtown Gatlinburg, the national park and Pigeon Forge. Definitely would recommend.

Wow, we were completely overwhelmed by the beauty of this property. There was adequate parking for both families and even visitors. The cabin was clean and had all amenities as described. Great property with lots of activities for kiddos, and also includes enough separate living areas so you can easily have privacy when needed. All appliances are modem and work better than the ones at my own house. Plenty of kitchenware and even a corkscrew for when you ended up purchasing a few cases of wine! Every question had an answer by the owner immediately and the service was absolutely impeccable. Location is great for easily accessing Gatlinburg or Pigeon Forge. We cannot wait to book at this cabin again!

This cabin is amazing! 3 floors and every single floor is exceptional. The kitchen floor is very clean and the kitchen is spacious. The living room is beautiful. The wifi password was easy to find on the refrigerator. The wifi works great and was fast with 11 people using it. However, in the basement the WiFi was a little slow but still great! All the beds were clean and looked brand new. All the mattresses are comfortable and not lumpy. Two chairs in the movie theater were a little uncomfortable, but as we never used the movie theater, it was fine. 😊. The only main complaint I have is the road to drive to the cabin. It could only fit one car and it was steep. It is about 17 minutes away from Gatlinburg and the Space needle. Overall, I recommend this beautiful cabin!

Had everything beautiful well maintained cabin. kids didnt want to leave with all the games. My daughteers loved the hot tub. The men loved the movie theater. and I loved EVERTHING. Gorgeous CABIN

My family of 11 stayed here from Arizona and it was absolutely perfect! Justin was a tremendous host and made sure to communicate with us every step of our trip. We would recommend Blue Sky to anyone wanting to visit the Smoky Mountains, you won't regret it!

Stayed at this property with family during our visit to Gatlinburg. Everything was perfect. Everything was so clean. The cabin has an amazing amount of space, preventing any of us from feeling crowded. Huge plus was the gaming room in the basement. Kids really enjoyed it! Forgot we had them 💙

Great location. Close to anywhere you would need to go. Had plenty of room for our family of 9. Cabin was clean. Has everything you need for a great stay. We played games at the big kitchen table every night. Would stay here again. Communication with the host was excellent.

The property was beautiful and very well maintained, it was stocked with things I didn’t even realize I needed ! Convenient location to all of the attractions in Gatlinburg and a short distance to a beautiful park to exercise in. We will definitely be staying again !

This cabin was very clean and spacious; perfect for the 10 of us. The grandkids enjoyed having their own space downstairs. Everyone enjoyed the games too. Will definitely recommend to family and friends.

I recently stayed at here and had a wonderful experience. The cabin was beautiful and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was great - close enough to the attractions but far enough away to enjoy some peace and quiet. Even with some bad weather during my stay, I had a fantastic time. What really stood out to me was the hospitality of the reservation contact. They checked in on me to ensure everything was going well and offered local suggestions to enhance my experience. I also appreciated the attention to sanitization and safety protocols during these times. I highly recommend this Cabin for anyone looking for a great cabin in Gatlinburg.

Me and my family enjoyed our stay. Very clean home

Very nice cabin, in a great location close to downtown Gatlinburg. We traveled with friends, so the separate living areas was a nice bonus for a little bit of privacy. The host Justin is very responsive and made sure that we had everything that we needed.

Easily booked and and enjoyed our stay. Very clean. Effective and kind communication Liked the location in a little neighborhood of vacation homes. We watched a movie every night in the basement game room/theater. The kids all slept upstairs together

This spot is great for hanging when the weather is not cooperating and also kept very clean. Justin was fantastic about making sure he could assist with anything needed. We enjoyed it and would gladly rent from him again.

We had a wonderful stay everything was perfect!!

We had 2 families and grandparents staying together for a total of 11 people. There was plenty of space. Within a short time of our arrival we found water on the floor in the kitchen. We communicated with the property manager and they sent someone to check on it during our stay. This was definitely not a new problem as the floor was warped from the problem. That was our main complaint. Hopefully it has been fixed. This was in September of 2022. Overall it was clean, and what we found were things beyond the owners control, like the trash was full and had not been taken out. So the last renters should have done that. The kids loved the amenities and the men loved the pool table. Our reason for staying was a volleyball tournament at Rocky Top. The proximity could not have been better. It was literally a 4 minute drive on backroads. So if you neeed to go to Rocky Top I highly recommend!

4 adults and 5 kids for a long weekend in gatlinburg. House had everything we needed. Game tables for kids, big TVs, big kitchen and gathering area. Large bedrooms with nice bathrooms. VERY CLEAN. Awesome location 10 minutes outside of gatlinburg in a quiet neighborhood that made you feel like you were secluded in the mountains. Fire pit and hot tub! Host communicated right after booking and then again day before, day of and each day of stay. Great host! We had a blast and I am trying to find a weekend to go back.

Our family of 10 (6 adults & 4 kids) enjoyed our visit to Gatlinburg & the property. The house is in a great location and in a beautiful neighborhood. The kids loved all the games and hot tub! The adults liked that everyone had their own bedroom (comfy beds) and bathroom. We enjoyed the fireplace--it got warm quickly and was easy to use. Justin was awesome at communicating. We appreciated the brochure with ideas on things to do and places to eat. Our only suggestion would be to add some hooks in the family room/kitchen area to hang coats. :) Thanks for a great stay!
